Working with the HostAI team has been a standout aspect—they are proactive, responsive, and deeply committed to continuous improvement, making the overall experience highly positive and supportive. Cons The platform still has plenty of room to improve however being in its early stages, we can't complain. The team has proven to be very proactive about adding features, upgrading and constantly improving so there's really nothing to dislike at this point. It also integrates seamlessly with Breezeway, making task management easier.AI Responsiveness: The AI provides quick and fairly accurate responses most of the time, helping streamline communication with guests and team members. Cons Some Features Need Refinement: While the integrations are extensive, occasional bugs can cause unintended messaging issues or incomplete functionality (e.g., upsell triggers). Customer response times have improved with the CEO and Co-Founder themselves even responding to customer service questions. Great communications, great features, great product. All round great. Pros \- Easy to use - Easy to setup - Great support from the team - Ship changes and improvements SUPER fast - Very accurate responses that don't sound like a robot - It gets more powerful the more knowledge you add to it Cons I don't really have many cons to add. They are a startup, so there are some things they are still working out. I've tried a few other automated guest messaging applications, I even worked on building my own, but there is no way to justify the cost when these guys are doing great things.
