The team is very smart and reacts in a kind way to help the customer. This ranges from admin tasks to technical integrations. Also the continuous improvement of the software is very positive.

Pros

Information for all employees from the office to the shopfloor in one system. Easy to use for the users, attractive and self-explaining. Easy way to publish information to TV screens, create surveys and idea collections. The app for all users allow access to CORE without need for windows user, what is for us the largest benefit.

Cons

Some admin tasks need experience and to realize the logic structure behind, but not really complex.

The possibility to communicate easily with all employees in all countries/offices. Everyone has the same level of knowledge. Employees & company structure are well mapped.

Cons

The administration is not self-explanatory. Employees need to be well trained here.

Seit Stunde 1 verbindet uns mit CORE Smartwork eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Es ist toll, dass Verbesserungsvorschläge gehört und auch als Feature Request je nach Ergebnis der Machbarkeitsanalyse umgesetzt werden. Hervorzuheben ist die ständige, kundenorientierte Weiterentwicklung der Plattform und die sehr gute, persönliche Betreuung des gesamten CORE-Teams.

Pros

Der modulare und intuitive Aufbau erleichtert in weiten Teilen die Mitarbeiterkommunikation. Die Mitarbeiter können durch die App alle relevanten Informationen einfach und zielgerichtet abrufen. Mit der konsequenten Nutzung der Plattform erreicht man ein hohes Maß an Transparenz und eine Verbesserung der Abläufe in allen Belangen des ERM.

Cons

Manche Updates schränken Funktionen ein, die vor dem Update einwandfrei funktioniert haben. Es braucht hier dann Eingriffe durch den technischen Support, der aber stets um eine zeitnahe und praktikable Lösung bemüht ist. Wichtig ist, dass sich das Unternehmen gesamthaft zur Nutzung der Software bekennt und dass klargestellt ist, welche Themen mit welchem Tool kommuniziert werden. Ist das nicht der Fall, hilft die beste Software leider nichts.

Pros

\-very intuitive handling -clear display of employee profiles and the whole employee circle (from onboarding to exit) -the ability to reach all employees without access to a laptop via the core app -very good support in case of problems -transparent communication through all levels and departments

Cons

costs are not that low, you have to be able to afford it - but it's worth

I mainly work with the info modules. With just a few clicks, we can inform all employees about current topics; we haven't sent an email to everyone for years. All employees have the CORE app on their cell phones, that's a big advantage.

Pros

CORE smartwork covers all the areas we need for daily communication in one tool. It is easy to use, intuitive and can be customized. Because of ongoing development, new features are constantly added.

Cons

The search function used to be less satisfactory, but we see that the Core team is constantly working on improvements in this area .
