Pros

What I liked most about Klearcom is its powerful automation capabilities. The ability to test phone lines regularly and automatically has been a game-changer for us. Klearcom's tools have also been instrumental in catching issues with our system during off hours, which helps us avoid any impact on business operations. Additionally, the auto discovery feature has saved us a significant amount of time by accurately documenting our "as is" state, which is crucial for our transition to a new system.

Cons

There isn't anything I liked the least about Klearcom. The team has been incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our implementation process. Whenever we encountered any issues or had questions, they were quick to provide assistance and solutions, ensuring that our transition was as smooth as possible. Their dedication to customer service has been outstanding and has made a significant positive impact on our experience.

Pros

Klearcom's team was very easy to work with and very accommodating. \[sensitive content hidden\] and team went above and beyond to assist Boerhinger in getting onboarded and understanding the process and best uses.

Cons

Klearcom's reporting is less than we'd like but they have made adjustments and accommodations for us while working the applications to meet our expectations and needs.

Cyara was a pricey solution but Klearcom was able to meet our basic requirements at half the price with more functionality that, while using Cyara, we had to create additional outside processes for.

Very positive. The klearcom product has allowed my team and the NOC to significantly shorten the debug and problem isolation timeframe by not being reliant on the customer to make or confirm test calls. It has also significantly shortened the IVR development and verification timeframes.

Pros

Easy to use product and a team that is very willing to listen to and incorporate suggestions/enhancements to the product. Has capabilities useful to NOC, provisioning, and engineering teams.

Cons

A little difficult to navigate initially due to all the acronyms. But I quickly adapted

Personal follow-up , during the onboarding but also afterwards when the product is fully live. Open discussion and clear communication

coverage, as we would like to have all countries available ;) but this is work in progress, Klearcom expanding their reach

Pros

Softphone feature, being able to call from nearly every country is priceless.

Cons

One China carrier no longer allows live testing, a minor inconvenience and it works for other carriers.
