At ProofHub, we are in the process of choosing a primary CRM, and DAXRM has made it to the final stages of our evaluation. The platform comes with powerful features that enable easy tracking of contracts, emails, and opportunities with just a few clicks.

Pros

The lead status tracking through the pipeline is effortless. and also the platform offers highly detailed reporting. The level of customization is remarkable, allowing for updates and changes according to specific needs.

Cons

The onboarding process was a bit challenging, as we didn’t receive much help during setup. Despite the extensive features, the platform can feel overly complex, leading to a less-than-ideal user experience. Pricing is a concern for us as a startup, and this is one area where DAXRM could improve.

I appreciate how I can set up a project in its entirety and create a timeline. Afterward, only the next steps appear on my to-do list each day, helping me avoid feeling overwhelmed by all the tasks at once.

Pros

The templates and features are fantastic for startups looking to capture the attention of new leads or subscribers. It has been highly effective in bringing users back to our website after their initial visit.

Cons

The interface was a bit difficult to learn at first, but after spending a few hours with it, the learning curve becomes manageable.

Easy to use and quick to start. It's a simple and efficient customer relationship management tool for small businesses. While it's a solid product, it doesn't receive the recognition it deserves.

Pros

It's the best Daxrm tool I've used, and it connects with many other services, allowing you to do things like automatically dialing leads as soon as they're created.

Cons

In my opinion, Daxrm doesn't have any major drawbacks. It's a promising CRM platform with a bright future ahead.

As a full-stack digital marketing agency with a diverse client base, DAXRM fulfills most of our reporting needs. It integrates seamlessly with platforms like Facebook Pages, Meta Ads, Rank Trackers, Google Ads, Google My Business, and Google Analytics. We rely on their premade templates to create professional white-label reports. One of the most valuable features is that our team doesn’t need to share client logins—everything is accessible via dashboards, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration.

Pros

DAXRM’s drag-and-drop report builder makes it easy to create and customize reports without any coding knowledge. We especially love their rank tracking feature, which allows SERP analysis for specific locations such as suburbs, cities, zip codes, and even country-wise. The automation feature for setting rank tracking frequency individually for clients is a standout—it saves us both time and money.

Cons

While the platform is highly functional, slightly more flexibility in reporting and the resolution of occasional bugs would make it even better.

Before using DAXRM, we spent a significant amount of time downloading data into spreadsheet for each social media channel and each clients. With DAXRM we simply connect the channels, create report using their Gallary templates, and reuse these templates to schedule reports every months. This have allowed us to shift our focus from manual reporting to analyzing insights and improving campaign, which is where our expertise truly shines.

Pros

DAXRM offers integration with the most important social media channels and support multi-channel reporting for our clients. One of the standout features is the ability to save custom templates for future use, which makes reporting much more efficient.

Cons

The custom reporting feature could be more flexible in terms of report design. Additionally, more integrations with platforms like twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram would be highly beneficial.

Our experience with DAXRM has been fantastic and offers excellent values for money . The platform has transformed our agency, moving us from sending basic screenshots as SEO reports to delivering well-branded, white-label reports that integrate rank tracking, Google analytics, and PPC campaigns

Pros

We are using DAXRM as a White-label reporting tool for our clients, and it has been a Game-changer for our agency. The integration of CRM, project management, and reporting into a single platform has replaced the need for multiple tools, significantly streamlining our operations. We also love the rank tracker add-on which provides real time rank tracking for any location, including suburbs, cities and postal codes - a feature that has been invaluable for our monthly SERP monitoring .

Cons

It would be great if DAXRM includes additional add-on like an Ahrefs backlinks checkers. i've also requested the inclusion of a local map ranking checker feature, which would further enhance it's SEO capabilities .

Our site team collaborated with DAXRM, and the platform as truly been a game changer for our business, while we understand that some of our Wishlist features are still being developed, DAXRM as already given us a competitive edge in terms of cost and flexibility. for agencies managing multiple clients and spending heavily on separate tools for reporting, project management, and CRM i highly recommend giving DAXRM a try.

Pros

We are using DAXRM as a white-label solution for our agency, and it has been a fantastic choice. The integrations Especially with Goggle tools, Microsoft ads, and meta ads are stemless and highly reliable. One feature we particularly appreciate is the ability to create a reusable, branded reporting templates for each clients. This have saved us a significant amount of time and and streamlined our reporting process.

Cons

It would be great to see more insight from an SEO perspectives, such as backlink analysis and site audit features, added to the platform.
