Cons In my opinion, Daxrm doesn't have any major drawbacks. It's a promising CRM platform with a bright future ahead. This have allowed us to shift our focus from manual reporting to analyzing insights and improving campaign, which is where our expertise truly shines. Pros DAXRM offers integration with the most important social media channels and support multi-channel reporting for our clients. One of the standout features is the ability to save custom templates for future use, which makes reporting much more efficient. Cons The custom reporting feature could be more flexible in terms of report design. Additionally, more integrations with platforms like twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram would be highly beneficial.
