Pros It's specific to our industry so they understand or needs ans issues. Cons Sometimes there is a learning curve on things but i ALWAYS get help and an answer when i ask. Owner Retail Used the software for: 2+ years ### "No help available! Lost sales and no one cares" October 22, 2025 1.0 They are just in it to collect whatever fees they can. I think their customer service try as hard as they are allowed to and they are well trained on what to say to appease the customer, but we just have not been happy with the lack of solutions to the problems we are experiencing. I feel totally ignored. Pros They talk a good story up front but there are many, many problems with the website and POS system. Not a happy customer! Cons Random online orders show up with amounts not ordered. You can't manage the order of variations on a product and how they show up. Their online ordering goes down quite often and they don't care. Abandoned Cart orders are not communicated with and you aren't able to delete them. They are bulldogs about making you use their credit card system.....and then don't follow up. You can never speak to a manager and whoever you do talk to just wants to transfer you to someone else. They cannot get the Cost of Goods Sold to work on inventory numbers. They do not follow up with you on concerns you bring to them. Switched from [QuickBooks Enterprise](https://www.capterra.com/p/174984/QuickBooks-Enterprise/) Quickbooks eliminated their desktop POS product so we were forced to find an alternative. Pros The connections from POS online to retail store. Cons Cost could be a little lower. But we understand you get what you pay for. Pros Great POS - easy to use, easy to teach to new employees. Over the years many updates have been made (ie inventory searches) which have been nice. Cons They’ve had a lot of learning along the way as they’ve grown, which at times has frustrating when problems don’t seem to get addressed quickly. Right now it’s the emails, but improving.
