"Love this company "
Overall: I inherited it from the previous owner and have been able to make it in to what i need to seamlessly run my store, website, and inventory.
Pros: It's specific to our industry so they understand or needs ans issues.
Cons: Sometimes there is a learning curve on things but i ALWAYS get help and an answer when i ask.
"Love Like Sew"
Overall: Our experiences with the Like Sew team has been great.
Pros: The connections from POS online to retail store.
Cons: Cost could be a little lower. But we understand you get what you pay for.

Overall: We’ve been with them for over 6 years and have no plans on leaving!
Pros: Great POS - easy to use, easy to teach to new employees. Over the years many updates have been made (ie inventory searches) which have been nice.
Cons: They’ve had a lot of learning along the way as they’ve grown, which at times has frustrating when problems don’t seem to get addressed quickly. Right now it’s the emails, but improving.
"Like Sew is incredible to work with."
Pros: The staff are so friendly and helpful. The training was in-depth. All of the training modules can be accessed at our convenience.
Cons: I haven’t found anything I don’t like about Like Sew.

Pros: Easy to use and customer service is awesome takes allot longer to get a hold of them now but that’s due to more companies using them I guess but all in all awesome company
