Visiting Aid is an OMIG and Department of Health certified homecare software for agencies, self-direction programs, and payers in the United States. The software aims to streamline homecare operations, empower consumers, keep providers compliant, and boost performance through collaboration. Key features include clear data views, Scheduling, Billing, Automated reminders and Auto generated E-Timesheets. Patient and Caregiver Portals, as well as Visiting Aids Intake and Onboarding portals, prioritization of tasks, making our program inclusive of every aspect needed to operate with our simple mobile electronic visit verification (EVV), and enhanced communication.

Love the intake portion, and employee section.

Cons

Not a big fan of the referral portion. too many windows to navigate vs old intake portion.

It has been great to use on a daily basis. It's easy to learn. The Visiting Aid associates are great to work with and communicate effectively.

Pros

The ease of use and versatility. Customer service team is top notch.

Cons

Sometimes the program lags slow or the calendars do not open up properly to resolve issues like time exceptions. Can be very frustrating. On a positive note, the VA support team resolves the issues immediately.
