Fantastic, I know the team is small and they probably have a lot of clients, but when I am able to get a hold of someone, usually \[sensitive content hidden\] , it feels like I am talking to them face-to-face and that I am the only one they're having a conversation with.

Pros

If there are issues or clunky bits, the team is willing to look into correcting them quickly. I've made a few suggestions that I feel were seen and seriously considered, even implemented!

Cons

Sometime wait times are SUPER long, like it says someone will reach out in 30 mins but I don't see or get a response till next day.

Pros

I truly appreciate how responsive Sembley is whenever I have questions or encounter challenges. Their team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are understood and thoughtfully tailored, which makes working with them a great experience.

Cons

I would appreciate greater visibility into an insured’s activity within the system. Currently, we are unable to tell whether an insured has logged in or started their application, which makes follow‑up difficult. Additionally, having to receive the application first and then send it back to the insured for signature adds unnecessary steps to the process. Because we work with many different carriers, it can also be challenging to keep track of each carrier’s specific application requirements. Ideally, allowing the insured to complete and sign the application in one seamless process would be more efficient and sufficient.

The platform was outdated and did not evolve with modern technology standards. Manually keying in information made the process unnecessarily time‑consuming and inefficient, which slowed productivity and increased the risk of errors.

Awesome. Not sure I could live w/o it now! Would highly recommend it for insurance pros who are looking to save time

Pros

Support is awesome, but the features of the app are where the value lies. Streamlines the whole insurance submission process.

Cons

It’s a bit clunky in some places and doesn’t play nice with all browsers. It’s a tad expensive for a small business and would be nice to have some pricing based on submissions per month.

Overall from first call to use, the process was seamless and I appreciated the assistance with set-up, highl recommend.

Pros

Overall, the customer support and Ease of Use for Semley were greate. The platform builds allowed my agency to have a one place stop for multiple needs.

Cons

There weren't things that I like least about Sembley, over all the product is wll put together and is headed for growth and even better operations.

My overall experience with them thus far is excellent. I have 18 websites such as Agriculture, Timber, Construction and another to challenge Yelp and the Yellow pages. Their concept has saved me countless hours.

Pros

What I like most about Sembley is their willingness to adapt custom supplemental forms, "personal" communications of 'how to questions' and the open mindedness of how to make the systems even better

Cons

Sometimes they are busy and take a day or two to get the answers I need. You see, it' important to know that I have been working on conditional forms for my website for 15 years. And, I have a long ways to go in my "spare-time?" Their focus on form intake saves me a tremendous amount of time to focus on other important matters.

Sembley has been a great asset to our team here at the agency. Their AI-powered document reading and embedded software have streamlined our workflow, and their willingness to collaborate with every agency ensures everything is ready to go smoothly. We truly appreciate their support and innovation.

Cons

While I know Sembley is actively working on this, the biggest drawback at the moment is that it doesn’t integrate with our management software. Integration would make the platform even more valuable to our workflow.

Pros

Sembley is easy to use and has cut back on the time it takes our agency to process and support our clients' requests. They have great customer support and have fixed any issues we have faced along the way (very few). Thanks, Sembley!

Cons

There are still a few processes that it lacks, but after speaking with the team, they have worked hard to address and implement these changes for us.

Pros

I like that it bridges with AMS360 which saves us time of re-keying information. I love the fact that they are continually improving the software.

Cons

The forms library is not as robust as we are used to but Sembley works very quickly to add any form that we need.

The entire team at Sembley has been great to work with. They have gone above and beyond to support us! Any question we have is answered quickly and efficiently. If they can't solve an issue right away, they will let you know and keep you in the loop until it’s fixed. It is always handled quickly.

Sembely has effectively addressed one of our most significant challenges: the lengthy process of completing ACORD forms. This innovative software streamlines the process by leveraging AI to automate and enhance accuracy. As a result, we are experiencing substantial time savings, allowing our team to focus on more critical tasks and improve overall productivity. With Sembely, the completion of ACORD forms is not only faster but also more efficient, which positively impacts our workflow and client service.

Cons

The AI feature is improving continuously, but there are still instances where it cannot process some of the documents we upload for review. To be transparent, this issue often arises with scanned documents rather than original files, which is typically where the problem lies.

Interaction with AMS, which was recently resolved. Sembley now interacts with AMS and allows the updates within AMS to reflect on the application.

I wish all companies were like Sembley! Joe has been super easy to work with, the system is very easy especially for people who aren't tech savvy or are learning the industry. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a shot to make the often tedious process of acord forms much quicker and more efficient to avoid double entry.

Pros

Sembley is very easy to use, it bridges with Hawksoft very nicely. It is a HUGE time saver!

Cons

I haven't had any complaints at all about Sembley. The price is very affordable, it's very user friendly, if there is anything that we aren't excited about, we can reach out to Joe anytime and he will either explain how to do it better or take notes and they adjust things on their end. No cons at all!

Great service! Great product! Our agencies love them, they save time, increase data accuracy, have a great AI tool to prevent a long onboarding process and continue to improve the system each month.

Pros

It solves 5-6 problems for insurance agencies. This isn't a 1 problem 1 solution platform. You can collect accurate data, push it into multiple systems, docs/acords/apps/supplements, collect esign, collect payment all in 1 system and flow for the clients. The integrations are FIRE and their open API and robust Zapier integration make it easy to connect to any systems you already have. Sembley is the #1 platform agents need to add to their agency in 2026!!

Cons

That their Q3 roadmap isn't done yet, just because the coming updates are SO good! I really can't say there is a con at this time.

Pros

Simplification of ACORDs generation and editing has been a gamechanger. Also, the client facing and internal intake formatting is helpful and has always worked well in my experience. No major or minor bugs.

Cons

No major complaints, there are some bells and whistles I personally don't use but they don't get in the way.

That it was not available years ago. Most tech software solutions are relatively new - but there are many - so finding the needle in the haystack "Sembley" was my good fortune.

I have enjoyed Sembley so far. So far, I have had a hard time satisfying my wants and needs relating to software designed for the Insurance industry. I feel that a lot of software companies have good ideas, but there are so many moving parts to what I do on a day to day basis that most of them only fix a small percentage of my problems. Currently, Sembley is efficient in its process from the point of first contact with a client to the creation of the forms for submission. However, what separates Sembley from the numerous other programs I have done a demo of are it's possibilities. With a developers team that takes time out of their day to meet and discuss bugs/issues and genuinely cares about the feedback I give, I feel strongly that their software and its benefits will continue to scale as they grow and iron out the fine details.

Pros

The developers team is responsive and invested in the improvements I want to see happen. I feel like my feedback is heard; I see features added that I submitted a request for, which is rare for a software company to do. It makes me confident that they are genuinely invested in the experience of their users.

Cons

Sembley is still working out some user interface kinks, but they have done an impressive job adapting to user issues that I have had. Once again, even though there are some processes being worked out, their willingness to improve their product has made this "con" a minor one.

In my experience, it reduces the time I spend on each account by approximately 15–20%. I also appreciate how easy it is to return to a submission to make edits or adjustments as needed. It has streamlined my workflow considerably, and I can’t imagine going back to managing the application process without it.

Pros

I like how user-friendly and time-saving it is—especially for completing ACORDs and supplemental applications—and that you can easily go back into a submission to edit/adjust without hassle.

Cons

Nothing significant so far—overall it’s been a major improvement to my workflow. Anytime I have had questions, I have been able to easily connect with a client service representative and receive prompt assistance.

Overall, it’s a solid platform that saves time and reduces the effort needed to work insurance prospects.

Pros

Ease to use and be able to retrieve existing data needed to work with existing prospects, also is a great tool to fill the accord forms.

Cons

That when I tranfer data to Momentum, is not all accuarate. If the premium is 3,450.00 it transfers as 34,500.00 and the quote automatic cancells in momentum. Also the Company Enrichment Feature pulls General data not just regarding the company that you working on it but all the companies with that name.

Cons

Little bit of time to get the intake forms customized to our application needs. In a perfect world we could upload our current forms and AI could extrapolate it to their platform and integrate!

Overall experience with Sembley is Good. I will recommend Sembley to my friends and other who are working in Insurance.

Pros

I like Sembley because of it ease on Creating Custom Forms. Using Sembley will be Easy to Fill out Accords

Cons

No Ability to add Row's on Custom Forms, Unable to add photos on the custom Forms which will be more easier to Insured to understand the questions. When creating Custom forms, If we select the conditional Logic & Required field for the same question, only one of the two will trigger onn. It would be better if there's an option to add the questions to the Accords directly at the submissions page once we receive the submission form from Insured.
