I wanted a program whose main focus is Acord Forms, and Sembley does. Cons I have not found a dislike so far while using the program. I have been using Sembley for almost a year and plan to renew it. It has helped our agency increase productivity by being more efficient with our commercial submissions. Pros Ease of use, it is very intuitive and simple to enter information. It is also very easy to edit information or update forms needed when quoting additional lines of business. Cons No complaints really, \[sensitive content hidden\] is our contact there and did a great job explaining the system and offering to make updates based on our feedback in follow up meetings. Switched from [HawkSoft CMS](https://www.capterra.com/p/79412/HawkSoft-CMS/) Hawksoft didn't bridge information over effectively and was difficult to save the completed forms. They are surprisingly quick at making product updates when we request to add more forms to their platform. Pros Sembley has been quick to respond to our feedback and flexible in setting up the platform to best serve our agency. We continue to find new ways to use Sembley to improve our workflows. The program is very user friendly, integrates nicely and we never have issues with support from them. 10/10! Pros The program was very easy to use. It integrates well with Hawksoft so there is no more double entry of information. Pros It saves a lot of time being able to have all application in one place Cons The property intelligence seems to be very limited. Pulling in 30% of building information in a given schedule. There are a few glitches in the ways in which information feeds into the ACORD, but fixing requires very minimal editing after the fact. All of the products on the market were way overpriced and way too complex. I finally found Sembley who's product is not only simple and effective, but more affordable and easier to use. Pros It takes away the most annoying thing in the insurance industry: filling out Acord forms. Sembley makes the process extremely fast, user friendly, and allows my customers to do most of the work without even knowing it.
