ONTEC AI provides an enterprise search experience that goes well beyond traditional document lookup and can even handle specific legacy systems.

Pros

The platform combines full-text and semantic search with a robust RAG approach, delivering valid, reliable, and source-grounded answers. The ability to search across multiple data silos from a single interface clearly reduces time spent navigating different systems.

Cons

Getting budget is a topic for sure, but as a long-term investment it is acceptable and strategically justified.

Pros

ONTEC AI makes company knowledge easily accessible regardless of the underlying system landscape, while delivering valid and reliable answers through a robust RAG approach that minimizes hallucinations and ensures trustworthiness. The ONTEC AI Platform is customizable and suits organizational processes perfectly. The ONTEC AI team is highly competent, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the project.

Cons

The setup phase takes some time for close collaboration with ONTEC AI’s data engineering team, but the effort pays off.
