I just need to use it more! Pros I love the platform and the concept. For so many of us small businesses, it's just not feasible to hire a PR professional or an agency. By having access to editors, etc. via this platform, it opens so many doors for smaller brands! Cons The only thing that I've found challenging is that from time to time I'll be asked for samples, etc. from a non-reputable editor/publication or blogger. As my average price point is around $200, my giveaway samples are precious to me! And only other comment would be that once in a while I have loading issues with some of the pages.
