Cloud Retailer has been an excellent addition to our team. I am beyond thrilled by what it has to offer on a surface level for our basic users, and what it has to offer on a deeper level for our leadership and management team. The sheer amount of data we have access to gives us more to go on when making inventory related issues. We haven't needed to contact customer support very often, but when we have, they get our problems remedied in a reasonable amount of time.

Pros

The POS software is very user friendly; our new staff members are experts within minutes. The backend software is very approachable and has the data accessible enough to deep dive into anything you want to do.

Cons

We are very happy with the software. If I had to choose SOMETHING, I would like to see a "smart" inventory option in the future. Where the system would generate SKU's weekly for us to check. One of the previous software companies I used (Epicor) had a "mango report" that would generate an inventory list based on things the software recognized as strange.

ECRS had a solid POS interface, but the backend was very clunky. I like to dig into the numbers, it was difficult with ECRS.

### "Great easy to use POS with browser support on any device"

One of the best decisions I made for my business, multi store ready, makes my job easier. The back office loads quick, Everything I need is easy to get to, one or two clicks is all you need. Front house POS is great, easy to read, touch screen, training new employees has been a breeze, everyone picks up this POS system within an hour it's that easy to use so it's cut down on training time for new employees.

Pros

Ease of use, Convenience, Excellent Tech Support with quick response time, Excellent up time, Home dashboard displays daily sales (with multiple location drop menu) daily top sellers per store, can log in on my cell phone browser and check daily sales, inventory, everything I can do at the store on a PC, I can do from home on an Ipad/Phone.

Cons

Haven't had any major issues that would be big enough to list here. They continue to add highly requested features from the community.

Reason for choosing Cloud Retailer

We tried a few different options but some were lacking major business critical features, I remember I wasted so much time getting set up with Clover, we finally got the machines in and installed my inventory didn't get uploaded correctly, there were lots of issues, but the biggest issue was there was no way for me to refund a customer unless they made the purchase with the clover POS system (which was new and had no customer info) there was no way to cash out a misc amount of money to make the customer happy. I immediately returned the system the next day.

It was being discontinued from Microsoft and would of no longer been supported so we needed to find a replacement, tried a few others that were horrible until I found Cloud Retailer

Pros

Very user friendly. Love all the features.

Cons

I have not experienced any problems as of yet.

I like this POS system. The support is fast and pretty responsive. All the issues i had gave been fixed.

Pros

I like versatility. Ability to access back office from any computer. The supplier purchase plan is the best feature. You can easily manage the orders.

Cons

The equipment itself is not state of the art. Offline payments dont go through. The terminal is old fashioned. The equipment is quite expensive.

it has been really good so far. onboarding went really smoothly. especially with their ability to pull our old pricebook and implement it smoothly into cloud retailer.

Pros

the ease of the training and their ability to answer and fix issues quickly has been good.

Cons

connecting a secondary customer display has been troublesome. Haven't reached out to address it yet but it is on our to do list.

Cons

Calling me at my busiest times. Lol Not CR fault just luck of the draw, similar to my sisters calls.

We have been using Cloud Retailer for 2+ years and have been very satisfied. This is the best point of sale we have ever used in our 27 years of business.

Pros

Phenomenal support, great product, intuitive design, and a product created with everything you may need for liquor store operation

Cons

None at this time. Anything that is truly lacking is usually added in an update

Pros

Easy to use and navigate. Everything is much quicker when processing.

Cons

Having some issues with scanner and are working with CR to resolve.

Ease of use and many different reports that is needed. The reports are easy to find with many different options.

Cons

I don't like that it can take 2 days to get a response if I have some questions on the back office. I had some questions on some reporting.

Tech support is very responsive and they work toward a resolution quickly. As an IT guy, I wish got this kind of response from the Microsoft's of the world.

Pros

Because this product was created specifically for liquor stores, it was very easy to integrate into my store. My old system was Quickbooks POS and Cloud Retailer made the migration pretty smooth. I was hesitant to migrate but this new system runs circles around my old POS.

Cons

I have a couple things I would like to see a little different but they would probably sound more like nit picking in a review.

Easy to implement, great work with our data migration, extremely quick and painless.

That I didn't switch over sooner. This is the premier pos system for liquor sales.

Overall it's been a good experience and I highly recommend Cloud Retailer POS system. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Pros

The Cloud Retailer POS has better inventory management and reporting than our old POS, mPower. The Implementation went smoothly and the customer support is very responsive.

Cons

I wish they had a custom report writer but their standard reports are still customizable.

It’s very simply to use. We use another software for a different section of our company and this blows it out of the water.

Cons

I wish I would have had more time and asked more questions about inventory and invoices— this was our own fault we had a dead line to open

Nearly everything! Especially how easy it is to use & learn. How it gives you all the information you need for your daily sales, inventory tracking & control.

Cons

There is soo much information you are able to get and I haven’t learned it all yet.
