Pros

The system itself is easy to use. Each screen and table is aesthetic and straightforward. Training new users on its functionality has not been too difficult.

Cons

The manufacturing side is somewhat limiting. There is a frustrating lack of some features such as lot number generation, label traceability, etc.

We are approximately 6 months into our Digit journey, and so far it has been a very smooth transition for our team, who all have positive things to say since we have made the switch over to Digit. The interface is very clean and intuitive, which has made the process of training each employee to use it a simple and straight-forward process. From what I understand, our company uses the software slightly differently than other Digit customers, so we have had quite a few requests for changes/customizations to our company-specific Digit build. Their team has been very on the ball about making themselves available for team calls to address our needs, and has been great at implementing requested changes/customizations to fit our needs.

Pros

The transition from our old inventory management system was very simple, training new employees on Digit has been a straight-forward process, the interface is clean, and customer support is very attentive to requests for changes/customizations to our company-specific Digit build.

Cons

Changes to the UI require a system-wide change, and thus the Digit team has to balance the job of fixing/changing something for one customer to make their experience better, while at the same time not making sure the changes don't make the experience worse for their other customers.

Pros

We’ve been using Digit for about a year and it’s been a game-changer for our operation. We use the software daily and we're always able to rely on it. The software is well-structured and intuitive. It’s reliable and consistent, yet still allows us to tailor it for our business needs. What really stands out is the team behind it. They’re always quick to communicate and genuinely care about helping us succeed. Since putting this system in place, we’ve been able to focus more on growing the business and less on worrying about data integrity or things slipping through the cracks. It’s been a great experience all around.

Cons

Honestly, not much. Any small challenges we’ve run into were quickly handled by their support team. It’s clear they care about continuously improving and supporting their customers.

Our experience with Digit has been great and very helpful. Their customer service has been great with taking on any issues we come across.

Pros

Ease of use, Inventory and Product management is great. We're able to build BOMs and track every single piece needed to complete a job.

Cons

Digit at the moment is limited on editing any errors or mistakes for shipping or making changes to currently running work orders.

Have been using the Digit platform for just about a year. I think it can take a little while to get rocking and rolling but generally an easy tool to pick up for small businesses.

Pros

I like the attentiveness. We are a small business, so it is extremely appreciated to receive the level of dedicated care that we have received from the Digit team.

Cons

The tool is still growing so with that there are some growing pains and challenges. Sometimes the tool doesn't do 100% of what you want, but I think over time the tool will get there.

Pros

We have been using Digit for close to a year now. Moving from taped-together spreadsheets to a more responsive, communicative, modern ERP has allowed for strides in productivity we had not expected. The team at Digit is highly responsive, and has been extremely helpful through the onboarding and extended implementation stages. I have nothing but good things to say about the product and team at Digit.

There are constant updates to digit, which is really a positive, but sometimes I need to double check what the changes are to adjust out current processes. Really this is a issue with our current op processing, not a digit con

Digit has been an awesome addition to our daily workflow. We are now able to track production all the way from supply chain through the manufacturing process, and then to when a product ships. No more bouncing back and forth between dozens of spreadsheets! Our operators find digit easy to use and quick to learn. Digit has amazing people behind the brand who offer next level customer support. Our team uses Digit all day, every day, and it's become an extension of our business.

Pros

Procurement planning and ease of use for production operators. Keeps our supply chain smooth with great visibility!

Cons

There is a good amount of raw data entry to create BOM's and items. It is a lot of work but right now there is not a lot of a way to get around it.

For us, Digit has been invaluable in managing the huge amount of information generated by a business that holds inventory, sells online, manufactures, and manages suppliers simultaneously. Every company has its own challenges and requirements, and Digit proved to be the most comprehensive solution for addressing each of ours. There were no gaps in the information we needed and no key features missing, which made it possible to truly streamline our entire operation. Also the support was fantastic!

Pros

Digit has been instrumental in the setup and management of our workshop inventory and purchasing over the past year. The team has always been helpful and communicative, responding quickly to requests and checking in to ensure everything was running smoothly. Our entire system has become much more streamlined thanks to both the software itself and the brilliant team behind it. It’s intuitive, clear, and packed with clever features that are rarely found in other ERPs.

Cons

The software is very complete and well thought throughout, however the integration with manufacturing systems and customization for any particular workflows is still a little bit at the early stages. I'm sure, however, this is something that will be sorted very soon.

I like this software a lot and we use it in our manufacturing facility.

Pros

Digit is easy to use, and the thing I like about it most is the implementation is easy, fast and cheap.

Cons

It is still somewhat early stage and certain features are still being developed. However, the team is very engaged and is building and very receptive to user feedback.

Digit has been a phenomenal company to work with. Their product has been developed with small to mid size manufacturing operations in mind, and was easy to implement, easy to use, but with high all around functionality. From the operations, WMS, inventory planning, SO and PO management, to CRM, and accounting Digit has it all.

Pros

Although newer on the market Digit Ease of use, both manufacturing and distribution management capability, individual customer and supplier specific rules, barcode and scanning WMS capability, and excellent customer support.

Cons

When we signed on Digit was newer, so there were a few bugs to be worked out. But other than that no glaring cons.

I would recommend Digit to everyone looking to enhance their manufacturing efficiency. The product is simple, easy-to-use, and provides incredible productivity savings and time savings.

Pros

Digit came in and completed a software build and implementation for us. We had been working on the project for over a year and had gotten nowhere. \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team came in, scrapped what we had, and rebuilt it in a couple of months. We had given them a timeline of 6 months and they crushed timeline expectations. The software has allowed us to gain visibility into metrics we didn't know existed and eliminated 10,000 pieces of paper per year. The dashboard feature has been huge because it gives us real-time updates. One of the biggest pros Digit provided was the implementation of the software to our warehouse team. We have struggled in the past with a language barrier when implementing new technology, but Digit simplified the new process so much that the language barrier did not even matter. The team was able to learn the software in a matter of hours and start using it the following day.

Cons

Digit went above and beyond our expectations. We have nothing negative to say. Even after the software was launched, Digit was there anytime a problem came up with the software. Great customer service.

Digit was a game changer in our office. From daily scheduling, emailing customers, inventory, and record keeping. The program alone almost takes the place of a whole person for paperwork and organizing. It does all the hard work for you.

Pros

Digit absolutely changed my whole workflow process. I was using multiple spreadsheets, document folders, and other programs during my daily work. Digit came in, and we discussed our daily routines and issues that slowed us down. They catered to exactly what our wants and needs were and reduced a process that would normally take 3-4 hours every day to a 10-minute process. With all the information in one program, it saves us so much time and paperwork.

Cons

With it being a new custom fit program, we did have hiccups in the beginning but it wasn't anything that would slow us down. They guys would get with us through the whole process and we would fine-tune it to be the most productive version of what we needed.

Before using Digit, we were constantly fielding questions from customers and our team asking, "What is the status of my order?" Now, with Digit, we can quickly and confidently provide that information. The ability to send push notifications when custom orders reach certain steps in the production process has been a game-changer for our communication. It’s streamlined our workflow and enhanced transparency, making both our team and customers much happier. Digit has truly made a significant difference in how we manage orders!

Pros

Digit Software has been a game-changer for our team! Training new users is super easy, and the intuitive interface makes it simple for everyone to navigate and quickly find the information they need. The push email notifications are a standout feature, keeping both our team and customers in the loop with real-time updates on production and fulfillment steps. This has significantly improved our communication and efficiency. Overall, Digit Software has streamlined our processes and has been a valuable asset to our operations.

Cons

Even as a new platform, Digit Software is already impressive! The team is constantly adding new features, with updates rolling out almost weekly. It’s exciting to see how quickly the product is evolving. Despite being in the early stages, it’s already a great tool, and I’m confident it’s only going to get better with time. The Digit team’s dedication to improving the platform is clear, and I’m thrilled to be on board from the start!
