We use another system for our invoices generally but there are times we get a request for an itemized invoice that our system does not do. This program has helped in those requests. Only downfall is there is not a lot of customization you can do on it. Pros I have had to use it in a pinch to create a customized invoice for customer requests asking us to itemize our invoice. The system we use does not have that capability so it has helped in that regard. Cons It is very basic, not a lot of customization, but it has done the job for what I needed. Pros I like that the invoices are completely customizable and that it adds up all of the totals for you. Cons That if I cleared my history my previous invoices would disappear and I would have to create my templates again.
