It has been a pleasure to work with Agenzee. Anytime we need help \[sensitive content hidden\] is willing to assist and lend a helping hand.

Pros

They are always willing to help. When we wanted to expand how we leverage Agenzee \[sensitive content hidden\] was willing to meet with me and walk through the options. We were able to quickly implement the new changes and improve the automation of appointing brokers/agents. We feel we get a great value for the money we spend. For our size of an organization this tool meets our needs without a large out of pocket expense. Any time we have had any issue \[sensitive content hidden\] has always been willing to help us understand, educate and solve with us.

Cons

I would like to see more how to videos for new employees to leverage for onboarding at my company. This would simply improve consistency across our employees as well regarding training.

It's so easy to get in touch with Laura, and she can easily have someone from the team on the call with us to ensure issues are taken care of quickly.

Pros

We like the clean, modern look of the system, as well as the dashboard, ability to give admins access to only certain areas, onboarding, packages and the resource library. Agenzee has what everyone else has and more, with the willingness and flexibility to add new features that haven't been considered previously.

Cons

We have to clear the cache at times to enable updates to take place or the system will continue with older versions of some areas.

Our initial rollout, with \[sensitive content hidden\]'s help, was a very seamless implementation and we have had very positive feedback from our producers. Agenzee is user-friendly while still containing an abundance of information. With Agenzee being a one stop shop for licenses, appointments, and now CE's, it has given our producers more independence to monitor their own progress without feeling like they have to look in multiple places. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the entire Agenzee team have been very receptive to our feedback and ideas for new functions. They even offer suggestions of what we can do in the meantime to get similar results of our proposed function. Agenzee has helped sort out other areas of compliance within the company and our licensing/appointment procedures and parameters. Overall, we have found our transition to Agenzee to be smooth with minimal bumps. It continues to work well as we start using more of its functions. If we do have questions or concerns, the Agenzee team has been very responsive. We look forward to continuing to use Agenzee and seeing what other features may be developed down the road.

Pros

User friendly while still containing lots of information. Accessibility (browser, phone application, smart watch application). Multiple functions that allow Agenzee to be a one stop shop. Receptiveness and responsiveness of Agenzee team.

Cons

Cannot seem to add multiple tags in one spot. Would like to see this added. Would like to see more filters and sorting options.
