Cons The network of customer is still limited, can be broadened to increase impact. The portal access is very limited, more user friendly portal is required. Pros It allowed us to do EDI trans with many more of our customers who use Commport as their EDI provider. Cons The Commport Monitor is really outdated. Cons While the Commport application has been effective overall, its performance can be quite slow at times, making it time-consuming to search for or verify details when needed. It would be a significant improvement if the platform were more responsive and user-friendly—particularly when it comes to cross-checking information. They have been reliable, have good customer support, and are price competitive. A lot of our customers utilize Commport the majority are very happy with them. They are the only VAN we recommend and have done a good job with supporting our customers EDI requirements. Pros We have a good relationship with the Commport staff. It is nice to be dealing with people that we know and understand our business needs and requirements. They have been reliable and cost competitive They have given us everything we need in a EDI VAN. Cons User interface and search capabilities could be better. Lack of advance reporting features such as searches or reports by PO, invoice or item numers.
