Het werkt prettig en overzichtelijk. Medewerkers hebben op locatie alles ter beschikking zonder dat belangrijke informatie op straat komt te liggen. Collega's vinden het prettig om plattegronden te kunnen oproepen bij meldingen.

Pros

Duidelijke rapportages Klantinfo is in 1 opslag te zien

Cons

inregelen niet altijd even makkelijk, je moet meerdere velden vullen voordat een klant operationeel is.

Erg goede ervaring overgehouden tijdens de in gebruik name en de wijze van begeleiding tijdens het operationele gedeelte.

Pros

Dat alles taak gebaseerd ingericht kan worden, waardoor de administratie telkens klopt.

Cons

Geen feedback mogelijkheden op meldingen in het surveillance logboek.

Ich nutze die Softwareplattform Sequrix seit knapp 2 Jahren beruflich und bin absolut begeistert! Die Software bietet eine in sich schlüssige bedienbare Oberfläche und eine Vielzahl leistungsstarker Funktionen, die es mir ermöglichen, meine Kunden und Objekte zu verwalten bzw. Alarme zu bearbeiten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unkomplizierte Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Alarmierungen und die nahtlose Integration von Drittanbieter Daten. Auch der Kundenservice hat mich vollkommen überzeugt. Anfragen wurden schnell und kompetent bearbeitet, und ich hatte immer das Gefühl, dass mein Anliegen ernst genommen wird. Die Qualität des Supports ist auf einem sehr gutem Niveau. Insgesamt bin ich mehr als zufrieden und kann jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einer zuverlässigen und benutzerfreundlichen Sicherheitslösung ist.

Wir setzen Sequrix seit vielen Jahren ein, in Langzeit-Objekten aber auch für kurzzeitige Beauftragungen. Die Tools, die wir nutzen, sind sehr gut kompatibel mit dem GMS in unserer Alarmempfangsstelle. Unsere Mitarbeiter kommen sehr gut zurecht mit der Handhabung auf den Mobilfunkgeräten. Der Support bei Fragen oder auch Problemen ist sehr zuverlässig und kompetent. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Wächterkontrollsystem.

Pros

Sequrix ist sehr flexibel einsetzbar. Sehr zuverlässiges System. Unsere Mitarbeiter kommen sehr gut mit der Plattform am Handy zurecht. Wir haben nur sehr selten das Thema, dass etwas nicht funktioniert.

Cons

Leider ist keine Schnittstelle mit Appel vorgesehen.

Aufgaben können weit im Voraus geplant, aber im Bedarfsfall auch kurzfristig verändert und angepasst werden. Die Planung der Einsatzkräfte lässt sich ebenso einfach erstellen, bearbeiten und nachvollziehen, wie die Tätigkeiten für Kunden. Ebenso sind die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten des Kundenportals, sowie die Möglichkeiten des Melde- und Berichtswesens eine große Erleichterung des Informationsflusses. Dies gilt für die interne wie externe Kommunikation.

Pros

Die Vielfallt der Möglichkeiten Aufgaben und Abläufen zu organisieren. Es ist ein sehr individuelles System, was gefühlt jeder Situation gewachsen ist. Durch die regelmäßigen Weiterentwicklungen des Herstellers, bei denen auch Kundenwünsche berücksichtigt werden, ist das System auf die aktuellen Bedürfnisse angepasst. Der Support ist einwandfrei und gibt zügig Rückinformationen zu allen Anliegen. Sollte es ein Problem geben, welches nicht vom Nutzer verursacht wurde, wird zeitnah eine Lösung erarbeitet.

Cons

Aufgrund seiner Komplexität wirkt die Software anfangs etwas abschreckend. Man muss sich Stück für Stück in die Materie einarbeiten.

Im Großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Sehr stabiles elektronisches Wachbuch, wenig Ausfälle zu beklagen. Kunden Support antwortet schnell, zuverlässig und ist mit Rat und Tat direkt zur Stelle wenn es um Probleme oder Erweiterungsfragen geht.

Pros

Einfach Bedienung, beinahe unendliche Erweiterungen möglich. Super Kunden Support ohne langes Warten.

Cons

Updates werden zwar angekündigt jedoch werden die neuen Funktionen nicht vorab dargestellt.

Das System ist nach einer Einweisung völlig selbst erklärend und sehr einfach und intuitiv bedienbar

Die einfache Handhabung und intuitive Bedienung. Das System ist nur gering Fehleranfällig.

Cons

Leider scheinen die Kosten relativ hoch zu sein, was dazu führte das wir das System nicht flächendeckend einsetzen können.

seit 2,5 Jahren im Einsatz; Umstieg von Vorsystem hat sich definitiv gelohnt; App wird von den mobilen Kräften gut angenommen; hat die Arbeit im Unternehmen vereinfacht; einige Dinge aber erst im laufenden Betrieb als negativ aufgefallen, stellen das System an sich aber nicht in Frage

Weitergabe Info in Echtzeit zwischen mobiler Kraft, Leitstelle und Kunde

Cons

keine Schichtplanung effektiv möglich; teilweise umständliche Abläufe: z.B. Angaben zu Alarmanlage lassen sich bei bestehendem Objekt nicht mehr importieren; wechseln / beenden von Aufträgen nur je Objekt möglich; kein Verweis auf externe Quellen (Sharepoint) möglich; Nachkontrolle von Aufgaben und Touren nicht sehr intuitiv; bestimmt noch mehr, wenn man sich etwas Zeit nimmt ;)
