Très satisfait de Sensefuel, un moteur de recherche SaaS performant et intuitif. Il offre de nombreuses possibilités de mise en avant de nos produits sur le site, tout en améliorant significativement l’expérience de recherche et la pertinence des résultats.

Pros

Outil très complet pour mettre en avant les produits directement dans le moteur de recherche. Les résultats affichés sont pertinents et de qualité. Les options proposées sont nombreuses et puissantes (Showcase, Spotlight, Stratégie, Shortcut), offrant une grande flexibilité d’usage. L’accompagnement par notre CSM est efficace, réactif et apprécié.

Cons

Le rendu sur le site reste complexe à personnaliser et manque de flexibilité en termes d’UI/UX pour le client final. Certains outils, comme les showcases, ne retournent pas de résultats, ce qui peut limiter leur exploitation.

L'expérience globale est plus que satisfaisante, l'évolution par rapport à notre ancien moteur de recherche est non négligeable. Quelques points restent à peaufiner pour que la recherche colle parfaitement avec notre métier.

j'ai apprécié la facilité de gestion du logiciel et la facilité d'échange avec les équipes en interne

Le logiciel peut avoir des difficultés sur des produits plus technique, les recherches sont parfois trop larges.

Compréhension des dashboards (analyse), manque de fonctionnalités au sein des fonctionnalités e-merchandising par exemple : duplication des stratégies, shorcuts ou règles pour les recommandations produit; sélection de choix multiples d'attributs, manque de stratégie pour les espaces panier ou pop cart.

Pros

Sensefuel se démarque par sa facilité de mise en place et son moteur de recherche pertinent. Les équipes sont à l'écoute et efficaces.

Cons

Il n'est pas possible d'avoir un UX 100% dédié, le layer de l'outil est très similaire entre les sites qui utilisent la solution. Néanmoins, il est tout de même possible de mettre en place des custo CSS afin d'être au plus proche de son UX.

Les mises à jour du Layer sont parfois problématiques et je ne suis pas forcément prévenue - quelques effets de bord constatés notamment au niveau du cache. Les défauts d'intégration de l'import parfois

Je suis globalement satisfaite des possibilités de paramétrage et du suivi des tendances proposés, qui permettent une bonne lecture des performances. Le relationnel avec nos contacts est excellent, avec un très bon accompagnement. Il est toutefois dommage que la plateforme ne suggère pas automatiquement des optimisations concrètes en réponse aux problématiques identifiées.

Pros

La personnalisation des modules est un vrai plus, notamment la possibilité d’intégrer des visuels pour valoriser nos opérations commerciales ou créer des univers de marque impactants.

Cons

Le module Showcase présente une limitation : il n’est pas possible d’intégrer du texte dans les visuels, car le format ne s’adapte pas automatiquement selon le device (desktop, mobile, etc.), ce qui réduit l’impact et la lisibilité.

La simplicité de mise en place de la solution. Elle est facile à prendre en main et ne nécessite pas de formation particulière pour l'utiliser et avoir rapidement des résultats. J'aime également beaucoup la réactivité des équipes qui ont toujours été là pour faire avancer nos évolutions avec efficacité.

Cons

Je n'ai pas assez utilisé la solution pour avoir un avis sur le sujet mais cependant je n'ai eu aucune retour négatif dans mon bureau

Sensefuel is a very intuitive and easy-to-use internal search solution that has significantly improved our users's navigation experience. The tool is high-performing and has had a positive impact on our revenue. I especially like the responsiveness and professionalism of their customer support tea, always quick to answer and helpful when it comes to solve a problem or to optimize things.

Cons

Despite having the most premium contract, some aspects of visual customization still require additional expenses. It would be ideal if more design flexibility were included within the standard offering.
