It has been a great tool at work and has elevated our phone service from a basic traditional phone service to a high end, upscale, custom service. We rarely miss voicemails and calls and the amount of information you can include with each call ensures no one misses a customer and their details.

Pros

The customisation capabilities is one of the best features of this product.

Cons

The mobile settings are just not there yet

I love how I can just ramp up a phone line in minutes!

Not much really. The system just works and the guides are detailed and the support is unreal.
