The system is simple to setup and use with an external facing option so your customers can also gain visibility into their orders and inventory levels. Support is quick to respond and provide quick fixes and enhancements. Pros Ease of use. Workflow driven GUI with mobile App (Android and iOS). Handles all aspects of Warehouse and Inventory Management for single client/single warehouse configurations to more complex 3PL configurations with multiple clients and multiple warehouses. Offers multiple integration points including a complete API guide. Connecting to shopping carts to complex integrations like Netsuite are supported. Supports small Parcel shipment fully integtrated carriers like FedEx, UPS, etc. Technical support is avaible 24/7. Support responds within minutes with quick answers/solutions. Product is offered as SAAS with a low minimum monthly and implementation options to fit any budget. Cons I can't say there was anything specific I did not like about WizeFulfill. It appears to cover all the general aspects once experienced with WMS's would expect to find. Inventory management including Inventory Adjustments, Cycle Counts, Stock Transfers are all part of the software. There is an AI feature but found it limited in scope. Product owner states a new polished version of the AI agent is soon to be released. Our team adapted quickly, accuracy improved, and we gained real visibility into every step of the fulfillment process. What stands out most is how flexible the workflows are — we can adjust processes without custom development or long projects. Support has been responsive, onboarding was smooth, and the system continues to scale with our growth. Overall, it’s been a reliable, operator‑friendly WMS that has made our operation more efficient and easier to manage. Pros WizeFulfill is incredibly intuitive and easy for our team to adopt. The workflows match how a real warehouse operates, not how software engineers think it should work. Inventory visibility, receiving, and picking accuracy all improved immediately.
