The service is excellent and if you have a problem the customer service team are able to help and are very professional.

Pros

Its easy to use and invoicing is clear and understandable. The screens are laid out well and the site is easy to navigate.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that I don't find it all that easy to add additional items such as consumables, that are booked regularly and you are unable to provide a separate invoice for these items. Parents are unable to use taxfree childcare payments for these items and it seems complicated to ask them to work out what they need to pay for via bacs and what they need to pay for via tax free childcare payments.

great platform for staff management, team collaboration and great value for money, we manage up to 1000 employees on eypeople

Pros

eypeople is an amazing product, it is easy to use, easy to navigate and it gives a great overview of staff database

Cons

i have no bad current experiences with eypeople, everything seems to be sorted out quite quickly by the support team

eypeople works well with the other eyworks software we use. The customer support has been great if we've ever had questions or wanted training on how to make best use of the platform

Pros

eypeople is intuitive and really easy to use. It helps us to track staff qualifications and training and pulling off reports is really easy.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like, the software is so easy to use we haven't encountered any issues.

one customer service lady taken two day and did not solve one question that i have requested(only one lady),all another customer service are very good, one special lady call \[sensitive content hidden\], she solved the all request, I am very happy with her .because I have joyed two months aga, so i don't have a lot of experience yet, But so far, I am happy with the product.

Pros

Child and Parent Management, the parents are happy with menu can review on the system, medicine forms can fill on line, daily upload information to the parents . parents do not need sign in or sign out for their child. parents also can report absent or sick on the system .

Cons

The product is a little more complex than the one I used before, but i manger it with a lot of customer support
