Pros

I've been using BuildM8 for almost a year now, and it's been an amazing addition to our financial management tools. One of my favourite features is how easy it makes creating quotes and invoices. It's quick, accurate, and automates our billing process, which saves us a lot of time and reduces errors.

Cons

While we've noticed a slight limitation in the number of integrations available with BuildM8, it hasn't been a significant concern for us because the core features are incredibly powerful. The interface is really user-friendly, and the functionalities are robust, which has made managing our finances a lot more efficient and way less stressful.

Pros

As a Project Administrator at Manor Interior Solutions, I have been using BuildM8 for almost a year, and it has significantly improved my daily workflow. One of the best features is the centralised communication hub. It has eliminated the need to juggle multiple platforms for emails, PDFs, and forms, making it incredibly easy to keep all project-related communications in one place. This centralisation has streamlined our processes and improved our team's collaboration and efficiency. Another feature I appreciate is the project management capabilities. With unlimited project entries, I can track and manage jobs from start to finish without any hassle including cost tracking. The ability to attach plans, drawings, and equipment details directly to each job entry ensures that everyone on the team has easy access to all necessary information. This has greatly reduced the time spent searching for documents and has enhanced our overall productivity. Overall, BuildM8 has been a game-changer for our team, and I highly recommend it to other Project Administrators looking to enhance their workflow.

Cons

While the software is excellent, there is always room for improvement. It would be beneficial to have more integration options with other tools we use. However, the existing features are robust and have made a positive impact on our project management processes.

The ease of information access has significantly benefited our site team, ensuring they understand and execute the customer’s vision accurately. BuildM8 has improved our on-site communication, contractors onsite can access design information and make necessary changes without and allowing E-signature confirmation. Highly recommended for any design-focused business.

Pros

The document sharing and archival features ensure our design vision is executed perfectly on-site. The document sharing functionality allows us to upload and share all relevant drawings and specifications with ease. The well-organised archive lets us quickly retrieve past documents, improving our workflow. Building up complex quotation that match our design vision re simply transferred over to our Project Managers to execute the project. Can be accessed on-site via mobile app allowing site survey photos to be instantly uploaded to allow all parties to view.

Cons

A feature for superseded design information would be useful, it is not essential as the documents are displayed chronologically anyway, but could be a handy option.
