It has eliminated the need to juggle multiple platforms for emails, PDFs, and forms, making it incredibly easy to keep all project-related communications in one place. This centralisation has streamlined our processes and improved our team's collaboration and efficiency. Another feature I appreciate is the project management capabilities. With unlimited project entries, I can track and manage jobs from start to finish without any hassle including cost tracking. BuildM8 has improved our on-site communication, contractors onsite can access design information and make necessary changes without and allowing E-signature confirmation. Highly recommended for any design-focused business. Pros The document sharing and archival features ensure our design vision is executed perfectly on-site. The document sharing functionality allows us to upload and share all relevant drawings and specifications with ease. The well-organised archive lets us quickly retrieve past documents, improving our workflow. Building up complex quotation that match our design vision re simply transferred over to our Project Managers to execute the project. Can be accessed on-site via mobile app allowing site survey photos to be instantly uploaded to allow all parties to view.
