It has made a great difference already in our organization and helped SSP to be more cost focused. Pros P+ organizes cost savings ideas so that they do not fall through the cracks. P+ has great reporting features that help us measure progress. That which is measured is improved... It's also very easy to enter an idea, reducing friction & improving participation. Over time I believe it will help us continue to change the culture in a positive direction. Cons For Spartanburg Steel at our current state, it's vastly more sophisticated than necessary.
