Overall, Profit+ has become Solyco's key resource for project management, best practice sharing across business units, and enhanced visibility for leadership to ensure organizational goals/initiatives are being focused on.

Pros

Profit+ materially boosted our on-time project completion rate by standardizing task ownership and surfacing real-time KPI dashboards. The built-in audit trails have tightened accountability across finance, ops, and sales, while the portfolio-level roll-ups give senior leadership instant visibility into margin drivers and resource bottlenecks.

Cons

Initial configuration required a thoughtful mapping of our existing process and project lifecycle, so the onboarding phase took longer than a plug-and-play tool. A deeper native integration with Slack/Teams notifications would further streamline status updates.

I have had a great experience with the P+ software and the MiNDCAN team as a whole. It has made a great difference already in our organization and helped SSP to be more cost focused.

Pros

P+ organizes cost savings ideas so that they do not fall through the cracks. P+ has great reporting features that help us measure progress. That which is measured is improved... It's also very easy to enter an idea, reducing friction & improving participation. Over time I believe it will help us continue to change the culture in a positive direction.

Cons

For Spartanburg Steel at our current state, it's vastly more sophisticated than necessary. I don't count this as a con.

It has been excellent. Like anything, you need to learn the system to appreciate its abilities. Once you understand the system and the data it can report, it is a beneficial tool for all.

Pros

The ability to organize and track continuous improvement projects through different levels of execution

Cons

The lack of ability to use it more as a financial tool to track monthly savings on projects across multiple months.
