Athera were also very responsive when we upgraded to the latest version of ScopeTrack to avoid disruption to our service. Pros Athera's ScopeTrack system offers very good functionality while being intuitive to use. It has a user-friendly layout with a clear flow for the decontamination process. The reporting section allows for a clear audit history and management of equipment. Cons We have not experienced any issues using Athera's ScopeTrack system, it is a reliable and robust system. The software as a whole and the technical support I am very happy with. Pros Customer support is excellent when there are technical issues to be resolved. Athera Fingerprint will assist our IM&T dept to resolve problems even when the issue is not with the tracker software itself. There have previously been small customizations to the software tailored specifically for our service which were very helpful. The tracker is fairly easy to use and has features that are very helpful. The tracker itself saves us a significant amount of time and resources when servicing equipment etc. Cons When Zendesk first became the portal for reporting issues it seemed initially a little slow to receive a response. The caveat to this is that Athera Fingerprint state if the issue is urgent to call them. The thing with Decontamination is that if there is an issue with the tracker then every issue is urgent. It has been a while since I needed to report an issue therefore this is maybe a non issue.
