System is more reliable than people. I recommend every trucking company to use it rather than thinking I can handle all my work without a TMS, and that was what we think before. However, after using truckpedia, with the amount of time it saved us over the past few years, well worth it. And our company was able to scale 3-4 times without adding any additional employee. It's quite amazing and we are very thankful and appreciate the system.

Pros

It's designed by real trucking professionals for trucking company to use. It's the best Trucking Company TMS on market. We love truckpedia. It's very easy to use, automate paperwork, save man power and increased efficency.

Cons

There isn't anything we don't like about it. Although billing a load only take a couple clicks, I am hoping there is an auto-billing function. And there are new features truckpedia have relased but we haven't tried, I hope there are some training videos that can be distributed to us.

Very glad we found a software that finally works around us instead of the other way around. Instead of reconfiguring our entire operations around the software, the software worked around our current operations, which was a big sigh of relief compared to the competition we tried out.

Pros

Designed to be versatile, which is ideal for an unorthodox company like ours that doesn't fall under the typical carrier company umbrella. Customizable, offers several different views, tags/labels are a BIG help when it comes to organization, automations are a great bonus, billing is effortless.

Cons

Minor aesthetic suggestions or processing questions, however these were quickly addressed by the support team who took our feedback into consideration as feature requests.

As a dispatcher I have several people that I input load info for and Truckpedia has been the easiest program to use and to teach my drivers. I taught most of them over the phone!

Pros

I LOVE that it keeps all documents for the load together as you upload and proceed. So much more user friendly!! It makes for a much cleaner, more organized work space and keeps the loads organized.

Cons

There's nothing to really dislike about Truckpedia, it's so easy to customize it to your needs.

It's been a growth process with my company and Truckpedia. I have enjoyed the use of time.

Pros

The ease of building loads is great. If there is a feature that I want to see, the IT will do whatever they can to make it happen.

Cons

The settings that you had selected last gets reset every time you exit the screen. EX. if you set loads to be displayed for the month it goes back to whatever it's always at instead of what I selected.

Truckpedia has been awesome. When I need something new, they are always listening and working to implement what I need. The support and ambition of the IT is incredible.

Pros

Truckpedia is user friendly. Anyone can learn how to use it in a short time. No long hours of training. It can do everything under one roof. Affordable program. IT support is so helpful.

Cons

Doesn't have everything yet. It could use more search options. I don't like that the emails don't auto populate, and they do not show where you sent them.

It has been a very positive experience using Truckpedia. Its light years ahead of Truckstop and Excel sheets.

Pros

The AI feature is amazing saves a lot of time. Dispatching Drivers is very easy.

Cons

its Hard to navigate on the cellphone and the app Crashes alot

So far working with your company has been great. Very friendly and easy to work with. Listens to feedback and work hard to make adjustments to be more user friendly and specialized for our business.

Pros

Simple to learn and use from an office perspective

Cons

Some functionality needed adjusted for scrolling, accessing information. Needs a more detailed search feature to easily find orders later.

My overall experince has been great. \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team have been so easy to deal with and so great the partner with.

Pros

The ease of operation on the App and Dashboard. Dealing with the cusomter service has been geat!

Cons

The on;y cons that we have found have been quickly adjusted and fixed by the staff

Love it, and you can't beat the price. I have 1 truck 1 driver and 1 customer and the way they treat me you would think I have 100 of each.

Pros

Ease of use, customer service is available for any issues. Start-up training is incredible.

Cons

Not that many reports you can run, if you are a report person, you may want to look elsewhere

Pros

Truckpedia is very easy to use and has made managing loads and billing so much easier for me. Definitely recommend.

Cons

Some options are still very limited like accounting and bookkeeping but they’re making changes all the time to provide a better product.

The professionalism and expertise from the staff has been great! Truckpedia not only has a great TMS platform but the support we have received from Truckpedia through the whole process has been phenomenal. These guys truly care and will do whatever it takes to provide the product we need to run our operations. The Truckpedia Staff has truly become and extension of our company and lead to our success. They are genuine and always available.

Pros

I've used many TMS system's and Truckpedia has the most user friendly platform. All the TMS systems I've used force the user to mold the day to day operations to fit into the platform, Truckpedia allows you to customize to exactly what the user needs. Complete game changer because most people are not comfortable with change, the customization allows you to get the benefits of a TMS, and the flexibility to adapt to what individual users need. This creates a seamless transition to Truckpedia with no delay in day to day responsibilities

Cons

No negative feedback. The whole Truckpedia experience has been great.
