Great partner and most reliable and responsive permitter we work with. I recommend you all the time!

Pros

They are reliable and responsive. We always know exactly where the project stands and what the next steps are. If we have a question, they respond quickly.

Cons

Sometimes I get too many notifications from the portal and I'm not clear on how/where to respond. Tends to be more expensive than other options, but worth it for the better experience and results.

LOVE pulley! Everything about the platform and people are great.

Pros

How easy it is to utilize the platform and also how communicative and insightful it is.

Cons

Sometimes if I want to chat with an expeditor, the chat location of where I can do that is confusing. Also, If I want to upload preliminary plans (test fits, for example) when creating a new project there's no category for this. The idea for uploading preliminary plans is for the expeditor to better understand the project. The only recommendation I would have is when creating a new project, sometimes I need fees only at that time as it's not a real project yet. Example, when we are responding to an RFP, I need estimated fees from Pulley but might not win the project and therefore the project created is voided.

Great experience so far. Been through tough jurisdictions and has worked well for us.

Pros

I like the wide availability across the country to use the same platform and format with multiple expeditors.

Cons

Sometimes the platform is too strict on formats when uploading. It would be nice if there was just an "Other" where I could just dump documents and have my pulley expeditor help organize them.
