We have been using it for as long as I have been involved in Alpine Programs (8 years or so) and it has come a long way. Each year the capabilities are getting stronger and \[sensitive content hidden\] & his team are a pleasure to work with.

Pros

Very versatile program that offers most of what we need. \[sensitive content hidden\] is always willing to look into other possibilities for us!

Cons

It can be a little glitchy at times, but again, \[sensitive content hidden\] is very fast to respond to issues for us.

Have been great to work with and totally understand our industry. Continues to evolve and add features annually.

Pros

It's a program that is specifically designed for the ski industry. It streamlines both our guest registration and our employee scheduling

Cons

As its 100% cloud based if you lose your internet service its definitely tough. Having a secondary internet service for redundancy could be beneficial.
