Overall: Fieldbook has completely changed how we work. We used to get bogged down managing information across spreadsheets, emails, and documents, which was incredibly time-consuming. Now, everything is streamlined and organized in one place, freeing us up to focus more on our clients and enhancing their travel experiences. I put that I did not switch from another product because honestly, I do not believe there IS another product that can house everything like this one can.
Pros: The best part about Fieldbook is how it has replaced our chaotic system of spreadsheets, inboxes, and documents with one organized, efficient system. It has completely streamlined our tour management process.
Cons: Getting across the full range of features took some time. The learning curve is a little challenging, but merely because this platform houses ALL of the information you need to have a successful tour with many participants and I mean EVERYTHING! Thankfully, the Fieldbook support team was proactive and supportive, helping us maximize the platform’s potential; they could NOT be any better or more accessible and this is from someone coming from the United States and they are based in Australia (huge time difference and still they are easy and prompt to schedule calls with).

Overall: This is a really professional outfit. They are eager to please, and they listen well. They don't try to sell you something off the shelf that is not going to work. High level of customisation.
Pros: We are a tour operator. We love that the Fieldbook team listened carefully to what we wanted, and customised the software to our needs. We can turn our proposals into itineraries for our guides and for our guests easily. The finished product looks really professional and takes us way less time than what we used to do.
Cons: As with any new software, all of our staff needed to get on board with it. Some took longer than others but all are finding it is saving a huge amount of time.

Pros: We do consulting to tour operators and are so happy we found Fieldbook. It makes running their business so much easier.
Cons: There's not too much to dislike. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistle of some other software but that's not a bad thing.
