La plateforme nous apporte une visibilité complète sur l’ensemble de nos outils SaaS et de nos contrats, ce qui nous permet de mieux piloter nos dépenses et d’éviter les doublons ou les oublis. La centralisation des informations et les alertes automatiques sur les renouvellements nous aident à anticiper et à reprendre le contrôle. Grâce à Najar, nous avons mis en place un processus d’achats plus structuré, plus fluide et facilitant la prise de décision au quotidien.

Pros

Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement chez Najar, c’est la visibilité complète qu’ils offrent sur l’ensemble de nos outils SaaS. Cela nous permet d’éviter les doublons et de repérer facilement les outils sous‑utilisés ou oubliés. Les rappels automatiques liés aux renouvellements et aux échéances à venir sont un véritable gain de sérénité. L’ensemble est désormais beaucoup plus structuré, et notre processus d’achats est nettement plus fluide.

Cons

Pour l’instant, tout se passe bien et il n’y a rien de particulier à signaler. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème et les choses avancent de manière fluide.

Ce que j’apprécie le plus chez Najar : leur expertise sur les solutions SAAS, leur capacité à analyser nos besoins, les négociations menées et résultats (ROI rapide).

Cons

Rien à dire, nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté, de la phase de setup à la réalisation de leurs interventions. Hâte qu'ils élargissent leur périmètre à d'autres pans des achats.

Pros

\- Gain de temps dans les négociations avec nos outils SaaS marketing et tech - Expertise prix et connaissance du marché, permettant un meilleur ROI de notre stack

Cons

Rien à signaler, le fait que l'équipe soit directement accessible via Slack et réactive a été un vrai plus dans le cadre de négociation à timing sensible.

Très bonne expérience avec Najar qui m'a permis de réaliser des économies considérables sur quelques contrats SAAS

Pros

Gain très significatif de temps et d'argent grâce à leur prise en main des négociations (organisation d'appels d'offres, négociations en direct ou en soutien, rédaction des relances, des réponses)

Cons

Rien à signaler jusqu'ici, Najar n'a apporté que du positif dans l'expérience que j'ai eu avec la solution

J’ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec Felix de chez Najar sur des sujets de négociation complexes, aussi bien autour de notre outil d’ITSM que de la prestation de Helpdesk N1. Felix a démontré une grande réactivité, une excellente compréhension des enjeux business et IT, et une vraie posture de prescripteur. À la fois à l’écoute, force de proposition et très constructif, il a su mener les échanges avec intelligence et pragmatisme. Son accompagnement nous a permis de réaliser de réelles économies, tout en posant les bases de coopérations saines, durables et sans tension avec les prestataires retenus. Je recommande Felix sans réserve et je ferai appel sans hésitation à Najar pour mes futures négociations.
