Najar already helped me to negotiate 4 big contracts and helped me save thousands of euros (we managed to have -45% on a particular contract where I would have been happy with -15%!). Having access to a team of professional buyers is the true additional value of Najar.

Pros

Najar gives true visibility on all our contracts and offers true negotiation expertise. It helped us save thousands of euros as well as making sure to not auto-renew with tools and services we are not using any more. The team is really reactive and has a great added value. Whether it comes to negotiation or challenging some of our tools' usage.

Cons

The platform is not really stable and would benefit from some improvement. Hopefully, Najar's team is here to take care of any changes we need.

My experience has been excellent. I worked directly with \[sensitive content hidden\] on a couple of negotiations, and his expertise was invaluable to the process. Beyond the active negotiations, Najar was a lifesaver when I was handed the responsibility of renewing several tools. It gave me an immediate, clear overview of our obligations and timelines, making an otherwise daunting handover process seamless and organized.

Pros

Najar serves as an essential "single source of truth" for our software stack. While having a repository for tools and deadlines sounds simple, its execution is incredibly effective and provides much-needed visibility into our total revenue spend. The standout feature, however, is their negotiation support. Being able to offload high-stakes negotiations for major contracts to their team is a game-changer. It allows me to stay focused on high-value tasks and, more importantly, preserves my relationship with our partners. By letting Najar handle the "tough" parts of the negotiation, I can maintain a collaborative, positive rapport with our vendors rather than being the "bad guy."

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints. While we encountered a few minor bugs early on, the support team was exceptional—always responsive and ready to jump in immediately to resolve issues. Because of that level of service, any minor technical friction was solved before it became a real problem.

Najar a permis à notre client de mieux visualiser et comprendre son paysage de solutions, ce qui a été utile pour alimenter des réflexions de transformation plus larges. Les équipes ont également été très impliquées tout au long du projet, avec un accompagnement sérieux, humain et de qualité.

Pros

Najar a surtout apporté de la clarté et une bonne vision d’ensemble à notre client sur un portefeuille de solutions assez large. L’outil a été utile pour structurer les réflexions autour d’une refonte d’écosystème. Au-delà du produit, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accompagnement, la disponibilité des équipes et la fluidité de la collaboration avec eux en tant que partenaire.

Cons

Je n’ai pas de point négatif majeur à signaler. L’expérience a globalement été positive et la collaboration s’est déroulée de manière fluide.

J’ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec Felix de chez Najar sur des sujets de négociation complexes, aussi bien autour de notre outil d’ITSM que de la prestation de Helpdesk N1. Felix a démontré une grande réactivité, une excellente compréhension des enjeux business et IT, et une vraie posture de prescripteur. À la fois à l’écoute, force de proposition et très constructif, il a su mener les échanges avec intelligence et pragmatisme. Son accompagnement nous a permis de réaliser de réelles économies, tout en posant les bases de coopérations saines, durables et sans tension avec les prestataires retenus. Je recommande Felix sans réserve et je ferai appel sans hésitation à Najar pour mes futures négociations.

La disponibilité des équipes et acheteurs. La flexibilité avec les négociations : - Soit on négocie seuls avec les inputs des benchmarks fournis par Najar - Soit on négocie ensemble - Soit on délègue la négo, ce qui fait gagner un temps fou

Cons

Sur le produit, on voit que la plateforme est encore jeune, ceci dit elle évolue rapidement pour prendre en compte de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Support client, plateforme intuitive et simple, détection des outils ayant des fonctionnalités similaires. Qualité des échanges lors de la (re)négociation des contrats.

Cons

Il manque simplement un petit dashboard pour suivre le montant des dépenses par mois par outil, pour que ça soit plus visuel.
