I recently used MailOptimal for their email warm-up service, and while the concept is promising, my experience has been mixed. On the positive side, the interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I encountered numerous errors, particularly with email delivery. It seemed like many of my emails didn't reach their intended recipients, which was frustrating. Additionally, I found the customer support lacking. Responses were often delayed, and when issues arose, the solutions provided didn’t address the core problems effectively. In summary, while MailOptimal has potential, they need to improve their delivery reliability and customer support to truly meet user expectations.

Cons

Their support can't fix one single problem ! a lot of the emails in the warm up process are invalid and doing hard bounce , they are using us to verify email lists for free which is bad to use customer without his consent in such a way !

It has been a great experience with them so far as it has done a fairly decent job in helping us with deliverability

Pros

Unlimited email warmup has been their best offering. Their UI is clean and intuitive.

Cons

There's nothing specific but I'd like it if they could introduce warmup for particular ESP so that we can warmup with major ESP only.
