Pros As a DMO, Cvent is a great way to get our city name and details about our available facilities in front of meeting planners. Cons It is not built for DMOs. There is a lot of functionality that does not work for DMOs. Pros It has almost all of the major hotels available for you to source. It allows you to add all of your meeting specs to avoid having to go back and forth with hotels. Cons It Limits you to 10 suppliers per RFP so you have be seelctive.
