### "Great Starting Point"

Pros

There are a lot of things WeGive offers that many don’t. They are working on lots of things.

Cons

It still seems like there are things they could have built out before going public. Some things that most other softwares have WeGive does miss. There is also a lack of integration or tools that I feel most churches need.

Support is excellent and the system works as specified.

Pros

It has full donation and donor portal features, including generating Tax Receipts through the portal.

Cons

For the field mapping, we need to enter the internal names of the fields instead of a drop-down list of fields to pick.

### "Church at the Grove"

The staff always seem very eager to help. We just have not yet seen some of our concerns taken care of.

Pros

The staff are incredibly helpful and I can tell that they want to help and make WeGive better.

Cons

We have asked several times about getting our Planning Center linked with WeGive. It still is not done. We have also asked about having some things changed on our donations tab that have not been addressed.

### "Saved from SalesForce NPSP "

We’ve been very impressed with WeGive and their entire team.

Pros

We had been looking for several years for a donation platform that would work well with NPSP. WeGive has everything we were looking for a more.

Cons

As a newer product WeGive is still maturing. This has given us the option to speak it into roadmap decisions.

Before WeGive, linvio was the only real option for a true SalesForce NPSP integration. But it was a painful product to use. WeGive is the opposite.

### "Amazing Onboarding"

WeGive has a great support team that listens to our needs as an organization and goes above and beyond to ensure their product meets our needs. The product is a huge upgrade on what we were previously using and makes the overall donation experience for the user much better.

Cons

WeGive was extraordinary in all aspects no cons to list.

### "Solid donation platform"

So far we have really enjoyed WeGive. It has helped us so much with the Salesforce integration and reduced our work.

Pros

I really love the customer experience we received. Maddy is great and always has an answer to all of my questions. She dedicated a lot of time explaining step by step how the platform works.

Cons

It is a bit complicated to use especially if you’re not super tech savvy. I wish it was more user friendly and customizable.

### "Used for Peer-to-Peer fundraising communication customization and automation"

Pros

We use WeGive to set up our Peer-to-Peer fundraising platform and create pretty customized communication drip sequences. We tag them for the campaign they're in and they get the messages set up for that campaign.

Cons

They're a bit newer, so with the high extent we were using the messaging journey's functionalities and other customizable functionalities, we did run into edge cases that glitched. However, we brought these up to the team and they're pretty good at addressing them.

We give allows us to tell better stories and share the impact that our collective generosity is having in our community

Cons

The bank processing takes at least 10 days from start of donation to actually hitting our bank

It's been a bit of a long process, but a lot of that is our own organization's fault for the multiple levels and hoops we've had to jump through to make it work.

Pros

That it enhances the donor experience and gives them an opportunity to feel more valued.

Cons

Nothing thus far - we are relatively new to the platform
