It's a user-friendly, free tool that simplifies many aspects of property management, from handling leases and maintenance requests to keeping track of payments and generating revenue reports. The automatic calculation of prorated rent and late fees has been a real lifesaver, especially when dealing with multiple properties. I also appreciate the tenant portal, where tenants can independently set up maintenance requests and view their payment history, reducing my workload. I would highly recommend it to any landlord looking for a reliable, cost-effective solution to streamline their workflow. Pros I love how user-friendly My e-Property Manager is. The tenant portal has significantly reduced the number of calls I get from tenants, as they can easily view invoices, request maintenance, and check their lease details online. Plus, the automatic rent calculations for prorated rents and late fees save me a ton of time each month. It's rare to find such a comprehensive tool that doesn't come with a hefty price tag.
