We struggled with ODBC setup and performance in the past and since we have moved to Devart, it has been a smooth sailing. Pros Very easy to install and it integrates with Excel straight-away. All you do is set up your connection parameters and your database is ready to be queried. Cons Nothing to be honest. I can't fault any aspect of this plugin. May be, one can improve query editor and make it more intuitive to write complex SQL but that is just a wish list since this question is asked.
