It's given us back full control! Pros The ability to quickly identify any form of illicit brand bidding or adhijacking, the tool easily allows us to gain full visibility of any publisher activity including encrypted site ID's. Having this information to hand saves a lot of time investigating, being able to send evidence quickly to our network and offending publishers decreases the time significantly on removal of offending activity. Cons None, the platform is brilliant, does everything we need it too. We use it daily, I've not encountered any bugs either. Pros Everything is very clearly organised on the site - very user friendly. Also easy to switch from different accounts. Also Marcode is very thorough with it's searches meaning we can be confident we aren't missing any bad actors. Cons Sometimes it can take a while to load but I've found this has improved. Would maybe be good if there was a function to set up a weekly/monthly automated email from Marcode which provides a summary for the account or something like that? We have recently (July '25) released a significant update which has allowed us to improve the initial load times. This has been an issue for a little while and caused primarily by the amount of data we process, but we're confident we've cracked it and are keeping a close eye on our load time metrics. We do already have the ability for you to receive daily, weekly, or monthly summary emails about the activity in your account. They have gone above and beyond every step of the way. Pros I really appreciated their willingness and eagerness to build a custom solution for us, and they've been extremely responsive to all correspondence. The additional insights on top of that have also been super helpful. Cons Honestly, I'm not really sure that there has been anything that I have not liked about Marcode or our experience with them. If I had to say something it would maybe be that their insights are not as advanced or in depth as others I have seen, but the value is there. We've had multiple calls and meetings with Andy to discuss our experiences of ad-hijacking/brand bidding. I feel like Marcode listen to the feedback we give and incorporate that into making their product even better and that we're on the same wavelength trying to crack down on dodgy publishers within the space! Pros I like the easy to use interface and the passion from the Marcode staff around the product and striving to make the affiliate industry a better place. It's easy to locate brand bidders/ad-hijackers on the platform and i really like the view where you can see when brand bidders have been bidding throughout the week by hour. You’re spot-on about the initial load times on when you first log in each day: For a long time, these waits were unavoidable due to the amount of data we process/need to analyse. However, we pushed out a massive data platform upgrade last week (July ’25) and that cut report wait times by about 70%.
