Super valuable tool for both Sales Reps and Sales Managers, and there are a lot of very useful tools in the app that can improve performance and close rates.

Pros

Sales Ask allows me to analyze my meetings and gather valuable information on things like objection handling, next meeting preparation, and closing deals.

Cons

One time the Sales Ask synched my recording to the wrong person in Service Minder, but it has not happened since.

Sales Ask captures clear transcription even on noisy job sites. It shows where reps miss key insurance questions and help standardize how deductibles and warranties are explained after inspection.

Pros

I love the fact that it helps us track every project bid and client conversation in one place. The visual pipeline gives a clear view of which projects are active, pending or closed.

Cons

The automation features take some time to fully understand and customize to your workflow. Once you get the hang of it, though, it's worth it.

Pros

Sales Ask makes it so easy to manage and follow up with plumbing leads. The automated text and email follow-ups helps us stay connected with customers without having to remember every single one. I really like how organized the pipeline is and how quickly we can create and send estimates.

Cons

The mobile app can feel a bit slow when switching between customers but it is manageable. And it has greatly helped our business.
