Fijne mensen op kantoor, behulpzaam en blijven altijd innoveren & ontwikkelen.

Pros

Wij vinden het heel erg fijn dat je planning & facturatie in één tool hebt, waardoor je eigenlijk nooit meer fouten in je facturatie hebt. Het is een groot pakket met veel mogelijkheden. Daarnaast blijft XPS innoveren en ontwikkelen, waar je als klant ook in mee kan denken. Het meedenken in werkprocessen & mogelijkheden is een groot pluspunt. Je wordt altijd snel geholpen en er wordt met je meegekeken als je er niet uitkomt.

Cons

Het grootste nadeel is denk ik dat elk bedrijf andere functies nodig heeft, waardoor het pakket zoveel opties heeft, waardoor je het volledige potentieel niet benut.

Ik werk nu zo'n 10 jaar met dit softwarepakket. And I love it. Er is erg veel mogelijk (wat in begin misschien een kleine valkuil is) qua eigen instellingen en zoekfuncties. Dit maakt het voor mij het beste pakket dat er is. Als je doorhebt hoe alles werkt dan wil je niet meer anders. Ik ben sinds ik met XPS ben begonnen ook bij andere bedrijven gaan werken waar ik XPS geïntroduceerd heb, dat doe je niet zonder reden...... Ook de helpdesk is altijd goed bereikbaar en denken mee met je. Het is niet simpel een antwoord op je vraag maar er wordt ook echt met een bredere invalshoek gekeken naar je vraag. Er volgt vrijwel altijd snel een oplossing.

Pros

Het is een erg breed software pakket voor onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Zowel op het gebied van recruitment, contracting, boekhouding, communicatie en werving bied het de voor ons juiste oplossing.

Cons

In het begin vond ik de look and feel niet helemaal van deze tijd, maar om eerlijk te zijn was dat "emotie". Uiteindelijk gaat het om de gebruiksvriendelijkheid en mogelijkheden en die zijn top.

Zeer goed. Heel veel persoonlijk contact en begeleiding. Alle functionaliteiten doen exact wat we ervan verwacht hadden. Op naar verder integreren met andere modules.

XPS gaf ons de mogelijkheid om vier verschillende systemen te vervangen voor 1.

Cons

De implementatie duurde lang, maar dat bleek uiteindelijk alleen maar goed te zijn.
