The experience with Watchers is pretty good, it's easy to negotiate with the team, the platform is made simple and it's intuitive for the user to work with the platform.

Pros

I like the collaboration with the Watchers team, the functionalities the platform has and the constant growth.

Cons

To be honest I can't think of some cons.

I'm very happy with the experience so far. Besides the obvious quality of the product, day to day communication is perfect. Keep up the good work

Pros

Professionalism and dedication of the whole team. Even though they charge fixed monthly fee, Watchers team is among most active of all our suppliers, constantly sending performance feedbacks and proposing enhancements even though it does not have direct impact on their revenue.

Cons

Nothing in particular. Have not had a single bad experience or even misunderstanding.
