Having moved from Hire Hop in 2019 to Fetch every in its infancy I have experienced many additions and changes to the system, this is the beauty of being able to make Fetch every bespoke to any Hire/Warehousing business

Pros

Fetch every is really user Friendly, a super tool at your finger tips. Enables me to work efficiently Fantastic for multiple offices I can work in the Manchester or Glasgow office seamlessly from my desk in Birmingham

Cons

I would like to have Address finder from a Post Code

It was easier to get started than I had thought and I can not imagine not having it now.

Pros

Fetchevery has saved me a lot of time and money and reduced my stress levels. The whole team rely on the software and it has not let us down. The reports system has led to getting our stock levels exactly right. From the daily task lists, moving our kit around to the office it’s needed in to talking to Xero accounts software.

Cons

The images that appear on the picking list are a bit too small to be sure which model it is.

It has been great to use. Since our company implemented it then moving the stock between our offices has allowed to fulfill so many more hires and made booking alot quicker and easier. The picking sheets having the list of all components which can be easily changed has also helped us keep on top of smaller items like cables and small accessories.

Pros

FetchEvery is the only system I've found which allows multiple warehouses without splitting the stock. This allows me to easily book items which are at other branches without having to check avalable from the other offices. It's quick and easy and I love the diary view so I can see where everything is, and where it will be going at a glance.

Cons

It took a while to get used to after my previous system, as the design and layout was quite a bit different.

We needed a way to manage the multiple locations better, and move the kit around between our locations. This software was the only one we found which did this. Fetch is simpler to use and easier to read, and that was obvious from the very first moment using it.
