Hours were being tracked and revenue forecasts were made, but it was all in separate tools and required quite a lot of effort to get the insights that Operating offers. Pros Operating has different reporting layers, that I used on a daily basis. For example I could see at a glimpse how our marketing technology consultants are staffed for the next months to come. It's also possible to dig deeper and find out which individuals are being over or under staffed. What I enjoy the most is the revenue forecasts linked to the staffing situation. Cons Since there are many reporting layers and different views to choose from, the user interface takes some time to learn. Once you find your favorite views and build your routines it's easy to use.
