My overall experience has been excellent. The software is easy to navigate, performs reliably, and offers all the features I need in a clear and efficient way. It has significantly improved my productivity and made tasks simpler to complete. I appreciate how smooth and user-friendly it is, making it a pleasure to use on a regular basis.

Pros

It is user friendly and you can view SOP written by other professionals which is helpful to prevent in recreating the wheel and you can adapt to theirs. More over I like the AI feature to write description

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about SOPHIA; in fact, it has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The features are thoughtfully designed, and the overall performance is reliable and efficient. It has made my tasks easier and more enjoyable to complete. I genuinely appreciate how seamless and user-friendly the experience is, and I look forward to continuing to use it regularly in the future.

It has been a very good experience and the one to one personal touch and support by the team ahs been excellent. The compliance dashboard really aids managing compliance and reporting assurance. The safety checks element of the platform has been a huge help and really is user friendly.

Pros

digital dashboard for compliance, edit via platform for updating guidelines. SOP function for making guidelines easier to follow.

Cons

Some time to customsie to our needs but the team were excellent at listening and sharing how best to make things work.

My overall experience with SOPHIA has been very positive, particularly as it serves as a one-stop shop for all SOPs and processes. The platform enables users to follow procedures step by step, improving clarity and helping to minimise errors. One of its key strengths is the centralised system, where all policies and procedures are stored in a single location. This makes it easy to access the most up-to-date information and promotes consistency across teams. The ability to monitor compliance and user activity is also highly beneficial, especially in environments where accountability and audit preparedness are essential.

Pros

All SOPs and policies are stored in one central location, making it a true one-stop shop for accessing important information. The search function is simple and effective, allowing users to quickly find what they need without wasting time. I also appreciate that documents are always kept up to date, which helps ensure accuracy and consistency across the team. Overall, it makes processes clearer, more accessible, and easier to follow in day-to-day work.

Cons

At the moment, nothing significant comes to mind. My experience has generally been very positive, and the system works well for its intended purpose. Any minor issues have been small and have not impacted my overall use of the platform.

Easy to use, amend and to add on new SOPs. Processes, checklists and policies are all in alphabetical order and are searchable. It has quickly become an invaluable asset to our service, as the go to place to get answers on how to do.

Pros

The functionality is really easy to use and easy to teach others to use.

Cons

When adding on a new Process and you wish to add who the Process if for the list is not in alphabetical order.
