Everyone was impressed and loved the new set up. The setup was easy and took up less room. We we able to use it for our pre-conference event.

Pros

We did not have to print badges and lay them out when we arrived at our conference. Check in was quick,

Cons

Not sure why the Ipad did not charge on the second night. We had a few registrations at the time of the event that back a few things up. I think if we had just one area for these would be better. Will work on that.

The Results at Hand app accomplished exactly what we needed for our small conference, and it worked seamlessly without any glitches.

Pros

We were able to include all of the relevant conference information within the app, and members found it easy to navigate and use. We also appreciated that it was a cost-effective solution for our event.

Cons

Sometimes our members struggled to find the app, but once we reminded them of the name, they had no problem.

Our organization uses this conference event software for our annual statewide conferences, and it exceeded all expectations. The platform was intuitive, reliable, and incredibly user-friendly for both attendees and organizers. From registration and session scheduling to continuing education certificate management and live engagement features, everything worked seamlessly. The real standout was the customer support—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping our team succeed. We received rave reviews from participants about the ease of navigation and interactive features like polls, chat, and live Q&A. Post-event analytics also made reporting and planning future events effortless. This software has streamlined our conference operations and elevated the overall experience for everyone involved. Pros

Ease of use. Helps check in process move along faster. The system was very simple for our attendees to use.

Cons

Getting used to the portal to set up the event takes a bit. There is a great help system and fast response from R@H though.

It's an all-in one suite for events and associations and I appreciate everything that it comes along with.

Pros

Let me start by first admitting that this is the best event management software with strong customer support and responsiveness. Good value for money especially for associations and nonprofits. Results@hand let's you build a branded registration portal for your attendees to sign up for your events. Mobile event app for you events which improves attendees experience.

Cons

My only concern is that some features like advanced analytics have rough edges in user experience but it's an excellent tool.

My client has been using this product for 3 years and is absolutely thrilled. I have been using the registration app for some time on property and love the ease of making badges and making last minute changes.

Pros

The ease of using the tool. I love using the registration tool where if you need to change anything you can do it quickly and relatively with no time lapsed.

Cons

There is not one thing I have found that I don't like about Results@Hand. The communication is easy, the product is simple to use..

\[sensitive content hidden\] is WONDERFUL, patience and always remembers my teams name. She always for us to take a step back from the technical side of the conference and focus our energy on other things

Pros

We have been using R@H for years and they are so accommodating to our changing needs as an organization. They are able to make changes for us within 30 minutes of a request being sent, and our attendees find the system easy to navigate. We use the kiosks for check in and we are able to check in 800 people into the conference in under 2 hours. And they do not charge enough for their services. We recommend them for every one of our attendees and sponsors

Cons

Absolutely nothing. We recommend this software to everyone who is in need of a registration system for their event.

My overall experience with Results@Hand was great—it really helped me stay connected and engaged throughout the event. I loved having everything I needed right at my fingertips.

Pros

What I liked most was having everything in one place—sessions, materials, contacts, and reminders were all right there.

Cons

What I liked least about Results@Hand was that, at times, the navigation and speed could be improved. While the app overall was user-friendly, there were moments when it took a few extra clicks to find the exact information I needed, which slowed me down during busy parts of the event. In addition, there were occasions when the app loaded a little slowly, which made it slightly less convenient in the moment. Accessing session materials afterward could also have been easier, as I sometimes had to search longer than expected. These are not major issues, but improving them would make the experience much smoother and more efficient.
