Pros
It has always been reliable and the staff has been great for support and they often help me with my build when things get dicey.
I love that it’s a local, woman owned business but beyond that the product is fantastic, the price is reasonable and the customer service is outstanding.
The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. This is appropriately priced for the non-profit space with sufficient capabilities for non-profit events of multiple scales.
We’re so pleased with the product and highly recommend Results@Hand to anyone seeking a reliable, innovative conference app.
Cons
The only downside in the past was the lead retrieval process, it was a bit clunky. But since there have been some upgrades so looking forward to checking them out.
At present, I reproduced the error on a device, but found that the following caused it to work immediately.
The hardest part about the app is when using the directory app. It becomes more difficult for you to make your event stand out among the crowd.
Sometimes attendees struggle to navigate the app, but I think the attendees would struggle with any app.

"Small Non-profit with large event count loves R@H"
Overall: Overall, our organization is extremely pleased with the capabilities of the system. It checks so many boxes, especially since we have over 50 events a year that we need to track registration and invoices for.
Pros: I love the support I get from the R@H team, they are always incredibly responsive, extremely knowledgeable and are so flexible in aiding us in events for our organization. They have guides and videos for almost every question you could have. Our participants love the ease of registration and especially the on-site badge printing and check in!.
Cons: I would love the user interface to be more inuitive, but I know that is a process!

"Intuitive System and Thoughtful Execution"
Overall: We are so pleased with our experience. From pre-conference prep to onsite execution, the Results@Hand system delivered what we needed. Our attendees have been hesitant to use apps in the past, but the Results@Hand app was so user-friendly even some of our most tech-adverse members were posting and evaluating sessions in-app by the end of our event. I appreciated [sensitive content hidden]’s help during our learning curve in the system, and her thoughtful suggestions for utilizing the R@H tools for our specific event needs.
Pros: We loved the all-in-one solution. As an admin, the portal was intuitive and made my job easy.
Cons: We would like to have a time-in session trigger for educational credits (in addition to checking in, out and evaluating the sessions). We managed this element manually - but it would help to have this built in to the software for future years.

Pros: Easy to work with, easy to download, makes a planner's life much more manageable. The staff at Results at Hand are prompt with answering questions for both me as a planner and my attendees. They are rock stars!
Cons: Anything I have a challenge with they are willing to address. If it is an immediate fix, they will make it happen. If I have a suggested feature, they will work to make it happen.

"The best continuing education app!"
Overall: I have used many apps over the years and Results@Hand is my favorite. If your event is providing continuing education credits no other app compares. It is easy as an admin and as a user. It is nice that you can copy and app year after year and just make updates.
Pros: The attendees find the app to be very easy to use. The continuing education credit processes is seamless.
Cons: On the backend the number of tabs along the top is overwhelming sometimes.

Overall: After processing CEs manually too many times I can’t wait to use Results at Hand for future large conferences!
Pros: Everything you need to distribute Continuing Education credits is coordinated in 1 place and automatically provides CE certificate links when all steps are completed by the attendee.
Cons: Nothing. Some set up steps are a bit tricky but they provide thorough tutorials.

"Great app for CE tracking!"
Overall: R@H is my go to app for all my conferences. It is affordable and gets the job done. The staff are friendly and always ready and able to assist. Using this app has taken hours off of my pre and post event duties.
Pros: The support for the app is top notch; they check the settings before my event without me having to ask and are fast to reply! The CE tracking has made submittal seamless.
Cons: The backend can be a little confusing at times.

Overall: Great! Start up company that supports customers with their meetings and conferences.
Pros: The staff are always quick to respond to questions and offer support during events. I appreciated their assistance uploading information into the app, and also helping plan the layout of the app for our conference event. Loved that participants could get their CEU certificates after the meeting.
Cons: Not a lot of information for participants to navigate the application, so that can cause some problems during the meeting as some people aren’t as tech savvy. Some tabs are difficult to navigate, but overall, a great experience!

Cons: We use individually assigned QR codes for scanning attendees for educational credit. A few years back, the companion scanning App was only available on apple products (now it is available on both Android and iOS). There have been a few hiccups here and there, but always addressed by Results@Hand timely.

Pros: I found the software to be very intuitive and easy to learn. The support team was very responsive and helpful.
Cons: The only con I have is that the exhibitor game was actually not intuitive. Also, you were investigating why on certain devices, on initial load, it does not include the access token in the link. At present, I reproduced the error on a device, but found that the following caused it to work immediately: -Sign in -Navigate to any other menu item, e.g., Profile -Go back to home Following the above, the token would appear the second and subsequent times the button was presented the home screen for a logged-in user. We have an engineer working on a fix, but I don’t have a resolution on that yet, and it appears to be new behavior related to timing in certain versions of the client. Pros: I've used Results@Hand for events over the past 15 years at four different associations. The app features suit every type of group and event, and is user-friendly to set up and for attendees. Cons: Honestly, I cannot think of any "cons" regarding Results@Hand. I gave it some thought, and there's nothing I can add to the cons list.

Overall: R@H is the best app out there and it’s budget friendly. We couldn’t run our conference without it.
Pros: There are several things that make R@H easy to like! First is their customer support! [sensitive content hidden] and her team respond quickly and with extremely clear instructions. Next is how user friendly the front end is for our even attendees. Even the most novice user has been able to grasp where to locate information in the forward-facing app. Last is how user-friendly the administrative back end is. An app is only as good as the information that is in it. R@H is easy to populate and maintain so that we can maintain quality information on the app.

"Best Value App for Association & Non-Profit Events"
Overall: Results@Hand was friendly and stepped in when our association was down a Marketing [sensitive content hidden] who typically manages our conference app. They helped guide our team along the way and we had little to no problems on the attendee side. We used their app for an annual conference and tradeshow of about 530 attendees and 50 exhibitors, as well as the onsite badge printing kiosks.
Pros: The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. This is appropriately priced for the non-profit space with sufficient capabilities for non-profit events of multiple scales. They provide ample training materials so that an individual with no app experience can manage a whole app for a conference.
Cons: We used their onsite badge printing, and the only issue we had was that the tablets for the printing kiosks would not connect to the hotel WiFi since the tablets were programmed to block external sites like Google Chrome. The staff was responsive and resolved the problem over the phone with us, and seems like they actively take feedback and implement it quickly for the next time around.

Overall: It has overall been a great tool for my conferences and I would use it again.
Pros: Results @ Hand has many features that can per personalized to meet the needs at almost any conference. The ability to integrate CE monitoring, attendee engagement and exhibitor gamification makes this a great event tool. The support team is also excellent.
Cons: Sometimes the features are in development so there can me some glitches. The internal and user facing menus and navigation is not the most intuitive.
