We initially began using the platform for event and continuing education tracking, and it has made those processes much easier for our staff to manage. As we have learned more about the platform, we have also realized there are additional tools that could help us streamline other areas of our organization. One of the biggest positives has been the Results at Hand team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to understand what we are trying to accomplish rather than simply telling us how the software works. When we have questions or are trying to determine the best way to handle a process, they are very willing to work through it with us. I would absolutely recommend Results at Hand, particularly for associations or organizations managing events, continuing education, and member engagement. The combination of a flexible platform and a responsive support team has made them a valuable partner for our organization. Results at Hand provides excellent value for the cost. The range of tools available, combined with the amount of staff time it can save through streamlined event and continuing education processes, makes the investment very worthwhile for our organization. Pros The continuing education and event tracking capabilities have been extremely valuable for us. The platform helps simplify processes that would otherwise require a significant amount of staff time and manual tracking. I also appreciate the range of features available and the ability to potentially bring more of our event, member engagement, and communication processes together. The products offered have considered the needs of associations and are affordable for all sizes. The customer service and support are also excellent. Having a team that is accessible and willing to help problem-solve makes a huge difference. Cons There are a lot of capabilities within the platform, and because of that, it can take some time to fully understand everything that is available and how it can best fit into your organization's processes. We are still discovering features we weren't initially aware of. That said, the support from their team has made navigating that learning process much easier. I set up my event quickly and had a dashboard showing key details right away. The interface is clear, so I learned it fast. When I had questions, support replied fast, fixed my issue directly, and gave straightforward help. Check-in worked without problems, and real-time updates kept everyone in the loop. Overall, Results@Hand is reliable and responsive—an excellent option for managing events. Pros Set up was easy. The setup was easy and took up less room. We we able to use it for our pre-conference event. Pros We did not have to print badges and lay them out when we arrived at our conference. Check in was quick, Cons Not sure why the Ipad did not charge on the second night. We had a few registrations at the time of the event that back a few things up. I think if we had just one area for these would be better. Will work on that. We have used the platform for three of our trade shows, including two Highway Conferences and one SAM Seminar, and it has made our event preparation much more efficient each time. The system is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has significantly streamlined our name badge printing process. What previously required hours of manually stuffing name badges can now be completed much more quickly and efficiently. It is easy as an admin and as a user. It is nice that you can copy and app year after year and just make updates. Pros The attendees find the app to be very easy to use. The continuing education credit processes is seamless. Cons On the backend the number of tabs along the top is overwhelming sometimes. A few years back, the companion scanning App was only available on apple products (now it is available on both Android and iOS). She always for us to take a step back from the technical side of the conference and focus our energy on other things Pros We have been using R@H for years and they are so accommodating to our changing needs as an organization. They are able to make changes for us within 30 minutes of a request being sent, and our attendees find the system easy to navigate. We use the kiosks for check in and we are able to check in 800 people into the conference in under 2 hours. And they do not charge enough for their services. We recommend them for every one of our attendees and sponsors Cons Absolutely nothing. We recommend this software to everyone who is in need of a registration system for their event. After partnering with us for one full event cycle they were able to offer valuable tips and small but impactful changes that allowed us to leverage their system even further. Our event team is small, so we need partners who offer simple solutions that pack a punch and save us time. That's exactly what we've found with Results@Hand. Pros This is our second year working with Results@Hand and we continue to be impressed. The system is user-friendly for tech-challenged attendees, and the portal is intuitive for my team as we build and manage the event. We love how customizable the app is while still being simple to create/use. The Results@Hand team offers great customer support from pre-conference planning through onsite execution. They are great partners who "get" how events work. Cons Each year we have a short list of minor tweaks that would enhance our experience - personal preferences for how some of the reports are pulled, etc. But the great thing is that the R@H team is open and eager to hear the feedback, and their development team continually rolls out updates that address those requests.
