Pros Let me start by first admitting that this is the best event management software with strong customer support and responsiveness. Good value for money especially for associations and nonprofits. Results@hand let's you build a branded registration portal for your attendees to sign up for your events. Mobile event app for you events which improves attendees experience. Cons My only concern is that some features like advanced analytics have rough edges in user experience but it's an excellent tool. It made managing Events easier by handling things like registration, speaker submissions, and schedules all in one place. It took a little time to get used to, but once I did, it really helped keep everything organized and running smoothly Pros This is the best Solution for managing events whether they are virtual, in-person, or hybrid. It handles speaker submissions, registration, and educational programs, and also helps create event schedules and badges. Educational apps are extremely helpful for staying connected with classes and training sessions. Mobile event apps are also effective in boosting engagement for everyone and improving ROI Cons The thing I liked least about Results@Hand is that the interface wasn’t very easy to use at first, especially for new users. Also, some customization options felt limited unless you had tech help. I loved having everything I needed right at my fingertips. Pros What I liked most was having everything in one place—sessions, materials, contacts, and reminders were all right there. Cons What I liked least about Results@Hand was that, at times, the navigation and speed could be improved. While the app overall was user-friendly, there were moments when it took a few extra clicks to find the exact information I needed, which slowed me down during busy parts of the event. In addition, there were occasions when the app loaded a little slowly, which made it slightly less convenient in the moment. Accessing session materials afterward could also have been easier, as I sometimes had to search longer than expected. These are not major issues, but improving them would make the experience much smoother and more efficient. August 6, 2025 5.0 Results@Hand is an incredible partner for multiple associations I have worked with. They are responsive and take the time to understand their clients' unique needs. As an end-user of both their registration platform and their app, their products are intuitive, quick, and easy to use. Pros As an attendee, both checking in for the event as well as using the app were seamless, quick, and very user-friendly! Cons Nothing in particular comes to mind. I have not directly worked on the event management side with Results@Hand for a couple of years, but when I did my experience was always good. I am now primarily an end-user and have no complaints. We enjoy having R@H for our clients. Overall, it has been a good tool/resource. It has made our work easier, and we've been able to meet client needs more efficiently. Pros The platform supports various types of services our clients need. From mobile app, registration, awards, call for speakers, etc. I recently had the opportunity to use the name badge printing, and it was great! I would strongly recommend. Especially for events with large numbers of participants. Cons Sometimes navigating the platform is not as user friendly as we would like. Ex: We recently worked on setting up judging for a call for leadership and struggled to find how to get the scoring information on the judging form. It took several staff members and a couple of hours before we realized what box needed to be checked. Part of this is our learning curve and new staff. I have been using the registration app for some time on property and love the ease of making badges and making last minute changes. Pros The ease of using the tool. I love using the registration tool where if you need to change anything you can do it quickly and relatively with no time lapsed. Cons There is not one thing I have found that I don't like about Results@Hand. The communication is easy, the product is simple to use.. The onsite event manager was responsive and extremely helpful throughout the event. Cons We have quite a few needs that require customized options, and currently, Results@Hand is somewhat limited in that area. That said, I understand they are exploring ways to expand their customization capabilities, which could be beneficial down the line. Pros Everything you need to distribute Continuing Education credits is coordinated in 1 place and automatically provides CE certificate links when all steps are completed by the attendee. Cons Nothing. Some set up steps are a bit tricky but they provide thorough tutorials. It's a reliable and versatile tool that has helped us achieve our goals. Gretchen Potter is outstanding to work with pre and post conference. She gives exceptional customer service! Pros I found the software to be very intuitive and easy to learn. The support team was very responsive and helpful. Cons The only con I have is that the exhibitor game was actually not intuitive. Also, you were investigating why on certain devices, on initial load, it does not include the access token in the link. At present, I reproduced the error on a device, but found that the following caused it to work immediately: -Sign in -Navigate to any other menu item, e.g., Profile -Go back to home Following the above, the token would appear the second and subsequent times the button was presented the home screen for a logged-in user. We have an engineer working on a fix, but I don’t have a resolution on that yet, and it appears to be new behavior related to timing in certain versions of the client. This was the first year utilizing their software and printers and I will not go back to printing on and stuffing my own badges. Well worth the ease and the attendees loved them too!
