Start up company that supports customers with their meetings and conferences. Pros The staff are always quick to respond to questions and offer support during events. I appreciated their assistance uploading information into the app, and also helping plan the layout of the app for our conference event. Loved that participants could get their CEU certificates after the meeting. Cons Not a lot of information for participants to navigate the application, so that can cause some problems during the meeting as some people aren’t as tech savvy. Membership and Meetings Manager Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Best Value App for Association & Non-Profit Events" November 1, 2024 4.0 Results@Hand was friendly and stepped in when our association was down a Marketing \[sensitive content hidden\] who typically manages our conference app. They helped guide our team along the way and we had little to no problems on the attendee side. We used their app for an annual conference and tradeshow of about 530 attendees and 50 exhibitors, as well as the onsite badge printing kiosks. Pros The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. This is appropriately priced for the non-profit space with sufficient capabilities for non-profit events of multiple scales. They provide ample training materials so that an individual with no app experience can manage a whole app for a conference. Cons We used their onsite badge printing, and the only issue we had was that the tablets for the printing kiosks would not connect to the hotel WiFi since the tablets were programmed to block external sites like Google Chrome. The staff was responsive and resolved the problem over the phone with us, and seems like they actively take feedback and implement it quickly for the next time around. Association Manager Events Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "An all inclusive conference app" November 4, 2024 4.0 It has overall been a great tool for my conferences and I would use it again. Pros Results @ Hand has many features that can per personalized to meet the needs at almost any conference. The ability to integrate CE monitoring, attendee engagement and exhibitor gamification makes this a great event tool. The support team is also excellent. Cons Sometimes the features are in development so there can me some glitches. The internal and user facing menus and navigation is not the most intuitive. A few years back, the companion scanning App was only available on apple products (now it is available on both Android and iOS). There have been a few hiccups here and there, but always addressed by Results@Hand timely. I like it because it works well, can be customized, and has great customer support. Pros I love the fact that it provides attendees with a mobile app that offers session tracking, networking opportunities, in-app games, surveys, and push notifications. Pros Its easy to use and the staff at R@H are so helpful with any and all questions and concerns.
