November 4, 2024 3.0 It has always been reliable and the staff has been great for support and they often help me with my build when things get dicey. Pros I like the price point, and that it does everything I want it to do. Cons I think the navigation and back end interfacing is a bit antiquated. It is a little clunky and a little harder to onboard. The setup was easy and took up less room. We we able to use it for our pre-conference event. Pros We did not have to print badges and lay them out when we arrived at our conference. Check in was quick, Cons Not sure why the Ipad did not charge on the second night. We had a few registrations at the time of the event that back a few things up. I think if we had just one area for these would be better. Will work on that. I set up my event quickly and had a dashboard showing key details right away. The interface is clear, so I learned it fast. When I had questions, support replied fast, fixed my issue directly, and gave straightforward help. Check-in worked without problems, and real-time updates kept everyone in the loop. Overall, Results@Hand is reliable and responsive—an excellent option for managing events. Pros Set up was easy. App is user friendly on the backend as well as the front end of the app. Support replies fast and fixes issues without boilerplate. Agenda updates and check-in features run smoothly. Simplicity is a feature that I like. Cons There's not much to dislike. Maybe a little more options on the attendee engagement but that's minor. It checks so many boxes, especially since we have over 50 events a year that we need to track registration and invoices for. Pros I love the support I get from the R@H team, they are always incredibly responsive, extremely knowledgeable and are so flexible in aiding us in events for our organization. They have guides and videos for almost every question you could have. Our participants love the ease of registration and especially the on-site badge printing and check in!. Cons I would love the user interface to be more inuitive, but I know that is a process! I couldn't say enough positive things about the support team at Results@Hand. November 25, 2024 5.0 I have used many apps over the years and Results@Hand is my favorite. If your event is providing continuing education credits no other app compares. It is easy as an admin and as a user. It is nice that you can copy and app year after year and just make updates. Pros The attendees find the app to be very easy to use. The continuing education credit processes is seamless. Cons On the backend the number of tabs along the top is overwhelming sometimes. I had a question while onsite at my event and received a response within 5 minutes. Within 10 minutes I had added the feature to our app and attendees were able to use immediately. Pros Results@Hand is easy to set up on the planner side, as well as easy to use for attendees. I like the ability to customize the app having to go through a help desk. Cons We received a question about home to get back to the home screen. Some attendees find it hard to find the home button, but after showing it to them it was easily resolved. Pros The best feature of Results at Hand is the customer service. The ability to reach out to staff and have a quick response is unparalleled. That and the customization of services makes it affordable for smaller associations! Cons The only downside in the past was the lead retrieval process, it was a bit clunky. But since there have been some upgrades so looking forward to checking them out! I will recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone inquiring about an event app. Pros There are so many things I like about Results@Hand. The first is the people behind the company and the app. I've never felt as if my issue was too small to be dealt with and each time I had an issue, it was handled very quickly. As far as the app interface, it is easy for attendees to use and has the perfect amount of features without feeling overwhelming. She always for us to take a step back from the technical side of the conference and focus our energy on other things Pros We have been using R@H for years and they are so accommodating to our changing needs as an organization. They are able to make changes for us within 30 minutes of a request being sent, and our attendees find the system easy to navigate. We use the kiosks for check in and we are able to check in 800 people into the conference in under 2 hours. And they do not charge enough for their services. We recommend them for every one of our attendees and sponsors Cons Absolutely nothing. We recommend this software to everyone who is in need of a registration system for their event. Our event team is small, so we need partners who offer simple solutions that pack a punch and save us time. That's exactly what we've found with Results@Hand. Pros This is our second year working with Results@Hand and we continue to be impressed. The system is user-friendly for tech-challenged attendees, and the portal is intuitive for my team as we build and manage the event. We love how customizable the app is while still being simple to create/use. The Results@Hand team offers great customer support from pre-conference planning through onsite execution. They are great partners who "get" how events work. Cons Each year we have a short list of minor tweaks that would enhance our experience - personal preferences for how some of the reports are pulled, etc. But the great thing is that the R@H team is open and eager to hear the feedback, and their development team continually rolls out updates that address those requests.
