The team at iSplash have really tailored the software in many ways, whenever we have asked - which has resulted in a fantastic user experience for our staff & parents. Cons It takes a little getting used to the payments and financials on iSplash. However, there has been lots of improvements since they have begun to take payments in house (rather than GoCardless). Alternatives considered [Soakly](https://www.capterra.com/p/10004104/Soakly/) Reasons for choosing iSplash iSplash offered more features at a better price point, and could also tailor the software to our needs. They have been responsive, proactive, and committed to improving the platform. I fully intend to continue using their services for the foreseeable future. Pros One of the biggest strengths of iSplash is their customer support. I consistently receive quick responses, and any bugs or feature requests are usually addressed with a fast turnaround. The platform also offers a good level of customisation, allowing me to tailor it to the specific needs of my swim school. This flexibility has helped make our day-to-day workflows much more efficient. Overall, I feel iSplash offers excellent value for money. The combination of responsive support, ongoing improvements, and the ability to adapt the system to our business makes it a worthwhile investment. Cons The biggest drawback with iSplash was the number of bugs we encountered during the initial setup. I had expected the product to be more refined before implementation, so this was a little disappointing. That said, while there were several issues at the start, the support team responded quickly and resolved them within a short timeframe, which helped make the onboarding process much smoother. Pros Great customer service which makes all the difference when implementing one of these systems for the first time. Cons It's not adaptable for the adults which we teach, this is an area which I would like to develop as our adult intake also increases. The software has been given so much thought and there are so many great features. It is customisable and always improving, we can't wait to see what is added next! Pros iSplash is the perfect software for any swim school, no matter the size, if you truly care about the customer experience. It has so many great features, and such a friendly team behind the scenes. Cons I cant think of any so far. Like all software, occasionally we have a 'bug' but these are almost always resolved within an hour or two of emailing the iSplash team.
