Pros Great customer service which makes all the difference when implementing one of these systems for the first time. Cons It's not adaptable for the adults which we teach, this is an area which I would like to develop as our adult intake also increases. The software has been given so much thought and there are so many great features. It is customisable and always improving, we can't wait to see what is added next! Pros iSplash is the perfect software for any swim school, no matter the size, if you truly care about the customer experience. It has so many great features, and such a friendly team behind the scenes. Cons I cant think of any so far. Like all software, occasionally we have a 'bug' but these are almost always resolved within an hour or two of emailing the iSplash team.
