We can get stakeholder approvals more efficiently and with mobile access. We're looking at the performance management module to streamline these processes as well. Pros We've been using Knockri since 2016, implementing the recruitment module first, then onboarding a few years later. Both implementations went well, moving as fast or slow as we wanted. Ongoing customer service is outstanding. We have a monthly call that addresses new features and any concerns we have. The platform is stable and I can recall only a handful of times when it went down, and tech support was always on it and the site was back up in no time. Other times I've reached out to tech support have also been great; speedy responses and resolution. Cons Knockri is great and they continue to make enhancements and listen to customer feedback. One thing I haven't shared but would like to see is more sort and filter functionality on the recruitment platform - specifically on the Requisition tab to function more like Excel with filtering options. Pros Greenhouse has all the essentials features I expect in an ATS, but what stands out most is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. It's easy to navigate, making it simple for both new recruiters to get up to speed and hiring teams to collaborate effectively. From a candidate perspective, I've also heard great feedback about how seamless and straightforward the application process is, which helps create a positive experience for applicants. Additionally, the system's automation and customization option make it easy to streamline workflows without adding unnecessary complexity. Cons It's not a major issue, but I'd love to see more flexibility and efficiency in the scheduling feature. For example, instead of candidates seeing my entire month availability, I'd like an option to limit scheduling to the next seven days. This would help ensure a faster and more efficient hiring process by keeping interviews within a focused timeframe. You can find reporting functionality for any part of the process, and honestly they are always coming up with new reporting features! it's truly an awesome tool- I enjoy using it very much as does my team. Cons Some tools integration you have to refresh regularly which can get annoying, also the reporting isn't as robust as say Looker or another actual reporting tool. Some hiring managers who have never used Knockri struggle to find things and comment on usability.
