The one time payroll MIGHT have been late due to a bank issue, they notified us in advance (and instead of posting at 12 am it still posted by 12pm that day). They are always on top of things and communicate clearly. Pros I like how responsive they are and how they work with my needs. Cons To add new services you have to follow up. They don't hound you to add their other services. Which can be good, but also if you want those services it's in your court. Getting quartly tax payments with payroll done were very beneficial, both for saving me some costs in taxes, but also with the quick support with just an email, or a few text messages. Pros I like that they were referred to me by my accountant that said they were good, and they were. Things were easy, I got support from my point of contact with a simple text message. I've received quarterly emails asking for clarification on my quarterly pay-roll and taxes. Cons The online portion was hard to make work, but I think that's more because of my situation being a one-person company than it was any shortcomings of teamwork group software.
